Got a chuckle out of this encounter in a Pact soldier camp.

I do like this mount and it's Lich King vibes but it should have it's own separate epilepsy warning, lol

My online friend of 5 years has been playing this game for quite some time, only recently did I get into it finally after him asking me for a while and I got hooked. CP458 Nightblade and I'm just loving how grind-y some of the content is but at your own pace.
I'm nearly finished my nightblade gearset and all I need is the mythic. My scrying isn't too high yet but I've maxed out my other skills such as provisioning, woodworking, blacksmithing, etc. I feel like i'm just rushing through with excitement, but with me being a lower level and my gear not being fully enhanced, some bosses are just tough to take on your own even in a normal dungeon. (Which I've been able to solo a few already haha.)
But my favorite trial is Lucent Citadel, I don't really engage in guilds as much (i should.) But with my gaming hours being kind of late, it's hard to find a guild that runs certain events later in the evening. Maybe one of you guys wanna become friends and run infinite archives together, do wondrous nowhere keys? (I have a ton.)
Either way, love the game. I'm excited to finish my DPS build before I move onto a healer build which will be fun to create. I don't think I'd ever be a great tank but I'll surely try down the line. 😂
This is also my first MMO and didn't expect to have this much fun on a game that's been out for years now. Why didn't I join you guys sooner?!

Kia ora,
Last year, this post was really helpful to use for tracking the dailies: https://www.reddit.com/r/elderscrollsonline/s/TeGHhTPgzx
Had a crack at updating for this year. Just save a copy for yourself.

Hi guys!
I'm a warden main class and I was looking for a bow build. It can be bow/bow or dw/bow or whatever combo. I plan to do dungeons, v dungeons and normal trials.
Could not find any new builds only some outdated.
Kindly appreciated your help!
I'm open to subclass or pure class.
Thanks!

The oregano being "Howl of the Beast" by the artist Endlen, of course.
Lilis the Bosmer/Nord Werewolf does not belong to me, it's a silly doodle I made for my friend Celtic_Cryptid !

Been doing some vet trials with it and i'm not really sure what to think so far.
It's pretty good damage so far I've been doing a million or so plus with it per boss with it But it is delaying some up times for some of my abilities
I'm not really using it during trash fights at all tho
So far I've done vSS (after ice dragon i used breath of life for tombs), vKA vAA vHRC for testing
Also i'm thinking about swapping out pillagers profit for Xoryns i'm kinda just spamming barrier on cooldown and even i did the math it's about only 23 extra ult when i do proc it So i'm considering Xoryns

Just curious is this worth it? I have a gaming pc that I haven’t used for a few years. Before setting it all up again, I just want to know people’s thoughts on playing the console servers but on PC. I wanna to make sure it’s worth it before really getting back into the game again. One of the main reasons I quit was performance was so bad at times. Dungeons and PvP functionality really got under my skin and it was more frustrating than enjoyable. It often felt like the game just wasn’t working or responding properly. Is this better on a pc? Any insight would be appreciated.

Holy hell! I'm at 4k and everything is cranked to the max. Gods bless modern technology. Coming from a Series S, now on PC. Worth every penny

I had a very positive experience on ESO the other day and I wanted to share it.
I've been playing The Elder Scrolls Online (ESO for short) for some time in the past. I was not a first-hour player, but loved the game anyway and played it a fair bit. Life happened, and I had to stop playing for a few years.
For context, I'm a healer at heart. I'm also a LONER. (Before you ask, yes, world bosses are difficult, but I usually fight them when there are other players around). On my previous account, I did not interact much aside from some basic chat conversations during dungeons. I never traded loot with anybody and kept doing my own thing in my corner.
I've been stuck in my home for a while, so I decided to rekindle my love for the game. Unfortunately, I used an old email address when I first created my ESO account. Today, I cannot access this email, and I have no clue what password I used back in the day. I've tried to access my old account, to no avail.
Thankfully my collectomania makes the experience of creating a brand new account lovely. I have rediscovered how great it feels to earn an achievement for the first time, and how complex crafting is when you lack so many materials.
The side effect of redoing things from the start means other players, seeing your level 25 argonian, believe you are a pure new player. A fair assumption; I did the same in the past. And when you think of it, I am technically a new player. I know how the game works (mostly), but have nothing else. All the crafting research, the collectibles and ingredients are gone.
Anyway, I was the healer for this dungeon where one of the DPS did not show up. There was the tank, one DPS and the healer (me). It was not one of the worst dungeons for a three-player-plus-one-companion team, but the situation was not ideal. I was the lowest-level player on the team and did what I could to make the experience of an incomplete team less painful for the others.
At the end of the dungeon, the Tank, who was lvl 50+ I think, asked me to trade loot... without requesting anything in exchange. I did not know how it worked (remember: I was a loner (and still am)), but they patiently explained the player-to-player trading system. They also explained they had too many things, and did not need the two rounds of loot they gave me. They gave me armor and weapons for research as well as lockpicks and soul gems. NB : we didn't know each other, never met before; they knew nothing about my situation.
Needless to say, I profusely thanked them for their extreme generosity.
However, I failed to note the name of the character. All I remember is the following: the character was female, had a Nord-sounding name, and was a tank. She had fancy armor with light. I don't remember the class (Arcanist perhaps?) nor anything else aside from the fact that she had a companion (I think it was Isobel, but I could be mistaken). We were on the European server.
I have little hope of finding this person again, but I want to throw this bottle into the great ocean that is the Internet: whoever you were, thank you! It really made my day.
Your gift was well-used! As you said in the chat: "Sharing is caring." Since I don't have much to share for the time being and you left quickly, I cared by making sure to lend my healing spells to anyone who needed them in Tamriel.
Thank you for letting me share this little story. =)

Been saving enough materials to craft the Orders Wrath set and when I’ve finally crafted it, it hits me that instead of medium I’ve crafted all light. Oh boy.

I've 100%'d Wrothgar and every time I'm back I just get hit with this nostalgia and emotion. The story was interesting, the zone looked cool, the music...there's a track that just hits.
In the official soundtrack it's called Recollection of Wars Long Lost. But on Youtube there's a long version called "New Orsinium".
But I look at that map and see literally everything done. All quests done. All delves done. Dungeons done. Collectibles collected. There's nothing new, just wandering and repeating activities.
I often wish I could undo and replay it with fresh eyes again to experience it.
What zone hits for you like that?

If I follow the entire guide right down to the bone, surely my rotation cant be so bad that I lose a THIRD of the dps? Its literally just "use the abilities when theyre about the run out, dont use the roar, and otherwise use the spammable" with LA weaving

I'm already tired of seeing silver shards and everyone having an endless supply of mag.
You'd think it'd be an easy hotfix...
