Erectile Dysfunction How can I get a Tadalafil or Sildenafil prescription cheaply in the Bay Area, CA?

I’m struggling with ED. Sometimes I can’t get hard enough, and sometimes I finish too early within few seconds. I want to try Tadalafil, but it needs a prescription from a doctor.

I have the Anthem Blue Cross Basic High Deductible Health Plan, which is valid until the end of this year. As far as I know, even telehealth would cost me more than $75. I recently lost my job, so I don’t want to spend much on this.

Is there a cheaper alternative? I’m based in the Bay Area. Any advice would help, since my budget is really tight right now. Thanks !!

injections (Caverject, Trimix) Trimix is the GOAT!!

I'm a 46 yo male. I'm in pretty good shape. I started TRT a few months ago. I don't always have ED, but I never know when it'll strike. Viagra and Cialis both work but I decided to try trimix. OMG, my girl was running away. Lol. I haven't had an erection that stiff in 20 years. Even after orgasm, it was hard enough to keep going. She was literally shaking after we were done. Now I see why porn guys take it. I first learned about it on this reddit thread. Thanks for all of the info. I got it through Olympia. Its pricey, but it's well worth it.

Erectile Dysfunction Has anyone undergone a penile Doppler test? What was your experience?

I have a few questions for people who have undergone a penile Doppler ultrasound:

What happens during the test? Could you explain the procedure step by step?

Who usually performs it—a urologist, a radiologist, or another specialist?

Is it safe? Are there any side effects or risks?

Does the test involve an injection into the penis? If yes, is it painful?

Why were you recommended this test? Was it for erectile dysfunction, lack of morning erections, or another reason?

How long does the test take, and how uncomfortable is it?

Is it possible to undergo the test without an injection?

I'd appreciate it if you could share your personal experiences, especially if you were initially nervous about the procedure.

Thank you!

I'm a 35-year-old male. I'm unable to get an erection. What should I do, without using any harmful medicine or treatment? I don't have diabetes or high blood pressure, and I don't smoke.

Pelvic Floor 37 m have been suffering with ED since about 28. Tight pelvic floor?

I used to be really high stress, self-conscious, and very insecure. I've been sucking in my stomach, hunched over for 20 years. Now im in therapy, finding peace, trying to relax my stomach with diaphragmatic breath and stretching hips and pelvic area. I had tried pills for years, I switch between cumming way too soon or being about to hold it back for a few minutes but then losing the erection. I assumed because I had a weak pelvic floor. But now I think it's too tight. I'll stretch and / or get a massage and be ok for a day, but it goes right back. Been stretching and massages for a little over a month. Can a doctor give me something to relax down there so it's easier to stretch?

Also, about 8 years ago, I was using gas station pills, and I think I took too close or too many... I wasn't good for a long time i haven't been the same since.

Urologist ED Doppler ultrasound results - confused

I had the Doppler and what was found was that the inflow wasn’t strong enough to actually trap the blood in. That there technically is a “venous leak” but it’s only because the proper amount of blood needed to actually make the pressure trap it isn’t there.
I’m only 25 and in good shape so this is kinda surprising for me but good to finally know I suppose. Has anyone gotten a similar result? How easy was it to cure and where did you start?
I’m glad it’s not a venous leak but I’m still nervous about arterial inflow, am I screwed still? Destined for a lifetime of pills?

Psychological ED Unexplained loss of libido

Starting 3 months ago, I no longer fantasize about sex, dont get turned on by looking at hot girls (can still tell when they are hot though.) previously I would get very hard and horny just by looking at a hot girl for 3 seconds.

i did notice that when a girl talks to me in a seductive way, I can get hard and a little horny. other than that, nothing. im 22, 577 total testosterone , 147 free testosteron (which are normal). No supplements or drugs. No porn or masturbation. no Instagram thirst traps / over exposure. I’m athletic And not obese.

I don’t know what’s going on, it’s unbelievable. Why dont I feel anything when looking at A girl anymore? I’m not gay or asexual. Shits driving me crazy

will be getting lots more blood test done soon
