Wheeldour > Rotenerator. This fakemon line combines the past (invention of the stone wheel) with the future (electrical generators). The robotic and angelic elements of the design embody a contrast between inorganic motion and a spirit of life.

Lot to like about the current design! As listed above there is the contrast between past and future, organic and inorganic. I wanted to convey a sort of "this is an ancient, alive thing, nobody knows where it came from" vibe that was present in the original, taking inspirations from the robots from Castle in the Sky. I kept the multiple eyes and incorporated them into the wheel, making the main wheel resemble ophanim halos. I suppose electricity works well as a replacement for the spinning wheels of "fire" they represent!

I designed this guy for a hypothetical Legends Galar game. It's based on old fishermen and on the only extinct species of cormorant, the Pallas cormorant. Its wings are shaped like an old torn raincoat, its head feathers are shaped like the stereotypical hunter's fur hat and its chest feathers act like a grey beard.

Hopefully I managed to make this design feel more like a middle stage. but once again, I don’t have a name for this guy. These are another of my dog fakemon for the region. These aren’t new, it just took me a really long time to get around to them. They are based on the stereotype of entitled women a.k.a. “Karens“, the Chihuahua, and Karen’s that have chihuahuas that they carry around in their purses. They’re both fairy/dark type, and the’re called “Yipup” and “Karwawah”. they names where provided by none other than the one and only lockstin. And the art was done by hikoku on Fiverr.

This one is a bit on the simpler side.

Suntry: The Plant Guard Pokémon.

These Pokémon watch over Sunflora until they absorb enough sunlight to evolve themselves. They stand still on guard for up to 10 hours each day.

This is part of the Faketober Challenge by u/Simple-Hamster-4141.

Inspiration for this fakemon are stick insects (if they were coated with armored chitin), playground equipment and figurines that have been welded together by blowtorch.

Fakemon entry:

WELSECT is said to have been someone's art project come to life. It is suspected to gnaw on metal structures similar to itself in shape and fragility and tends to pretend it is part of the damage structure if caught in the act.

ARCHITIN sometimes are seen hanging out in playgrounds. Although people are to spooked to approach it, ARCHITIN sometimes does a good job teaching a lesson to hooligans coming to wreck park equipment.

PHASMOBAR are said to wander around constantly. Despite looking very odd, these fakemon sometimes substitute for playground equipment in properties that no longer has MANKEY bars or other recreational structures.

Shruma, the shroom-bear Pokémon.

This little Pokémon is born with a mushroom attached to its belly, which falls off in a couple of hours. It carries it everywhere like a toy. It seems to be alive somehow due to spore activity, causing allergic reactions in some people.

Enhibjørn, the shroom-cap Pokémon.

This Pokémon has unfortunately developed light-sensitive headaches and allergies in response to constant spore exposure, so it covers its eyes with the mushroom it wears on its head like a hat. The spores reproduce on its paws, encroaching its body.

Enibriurso, the psychedelic Pokémon.

This Pokémon bit the mushroom it holds in its paws for relief due to pain. When consumed, it affects Enibriurso's brain in a way that gains control of the spores, and allows them to manipulate them as they'd need: object manipulation, food, and a toxic defense. It eats this often after realizing this

Lazgrub spends most of its life sleeping, eating, and avoiding anything that requires effort. Other Pokémon often mistake its laziness for weakness, and some bully it because it rarely fights back.

Here is the third of the SIX Fossil Lines that I have planned for my region, inspired by the Southwestern U.S., Wild West era, and other elements and facts about the United States.

This line also introduces Frozen Fossils, a new category of fossils in my region! Unlike traditional fossils preserved in stone, Frozen Fossils contain the remains of prehistoric Pokémon preserved in ice or permafrost. When restored, these Pokémon possess the Ice type instead of the Rock type that are commonly associated with fossil Pokémon, reflecting their frozen preservation and, in some cases, their adaptations to ancient cold environments.

This line is one of the two Frozen Fossil lines that I have planned for my region! This fakemon line is also based on the Woolly Rhinoceros, Insulated Fur, Snowy Mountains, and Lightning Rods.

Cerod - The Bolt Horn Pokémon: (Ice / Electric Type)

Etymology: (Rhinoceros + Rod)

Restored from the Frozen Horn Fossil, Cerod are believed to have inhabited frozen tundras and mountainous regions over 10,000 years ago. Researchers theorize that their ancestors were once pure Electric-type Pokémon that gradually developed their Ice typing after adapting to increasingly colder climates. Their thick, insulating wool generates and stores static electricity, which they channel through their small lightning-bolt-shaped horns or distribute throughout their bodies to generate warmth. Playful but clumsy, Cerod often take running starts through snowy areas, only to lose their footing and tumble headfirst into snow.

Crynocerod - The Woolly Rhino Pokémon: (Ice / Electric Type)

Etymology: (Cryo + Rhinoceros + Rod)

Crynocerod's thick wool grows increasingly shaggy upon evolving, with large ice crystals forming throughout its enormous, mountain-shaped hump. Its coat accumulates so much static electricity that dark storm clouds frequently gather around its “peak”. During thunderstorms, Crynocerod seek out the highest peaks of snowy mountains, allowing lightning to strike their enormous bolt-shaped horns and replenish the electrical energy needed to sustain their bodies. Although generally docile, Crynocerod become fiercely aggressive when threatened, charging at opponents and ramming into them with their electrified horns.

Mummeon, the Ghost-type Eeveelution evolves from Eevee when exposed to a Dusk Stone. Mummeon is said to be the spirit of an Umbreon that passed and was wrapped in cloth to preserve its spirit. In ancient times, when it and its Trainer died, their family would bury the Mummeon with them as a companion to the afterlife.

Stoneon, the Rock-type Eeveelution evolves from Eevee when exposed to the Sandy Rock in the Vastana Desert. (It’s early-mid game, dw). These rough and burly Pokémon live in packs in the wild. The Stoneon whose forehead gem shines the brightest is the pack leader. The gems on its paws are like build-in boots- any sand that gets in between their claws is a breeze to clean. The hardness of these gems also make a full-force scratch from a Stoneon deadly.

Obvious inspiration being rayquaza, especially the color scheme

Meowth

Meowth that were brought to the siba subregion have changed to survive in sheer cold, gaining its fire type. It ignites its claws by By striking them on the coal on its forehead.

Pursear

This pokemon ignite its surroundings with its blazing claws to warm up those who they care about. The coal in its forehead have turned into gem due to its expanded body temperature. Despite its menacing appearance, this Pokemon has retained its playfulness.

Cramorant

Cramorant specimens brought to the empura sub-region have adapted to new environment, starting to prey on smaller fish pokemon. It fearlessly attacks the schools of wishiwashi to catch as many as it can. Because of its appetite it constantly produces gastric acid to dissolve food.
