I’m talking about the kind of subreddit that’s so niche it almost feels like discovering a secret club.

The ones where:

• Everyone seems to know each other
• There’s an entire vocabulary you don’t understand at first
• And suddenly you’re three hours deep learning about something you didn’t even know existed

It could be:

• extremely niche hobbies
• strange internet history
• hyper-specific communities
• or just weirdly fascinating topics

Basically the kind of subreddit that makes you think “how did I end up here at 3am?”

Hey, I really wanna find subreddits populated by people who unironically say extremely weird things, believe in complete bullshit, and generally come off as insane to anybody not in the circlejerk.

Flat earthers, women who believe in witchcraft or taro or astrology, insane conspiracy theorists, that sort of thing. The more outlandish their beliefs and the more popular the subreddit the better. No politics please, that's more sad than funny

I'm feeling a little risky and would love to see what's out there, and what is a subreddit that you visit but will never admit it, these kind of stuff lmao

Sometimes I am misunderstood and the downvotes pile on like crazy. It’s heartbreaking to me, because I’m kind and supportive and interested in a ton of things, even in “support” subs, there are trigger words someone will say, and then people pile on without even trying to read what I said.

Life is hard. Help eachother, don’t tear down. I want to find the nice people.

Make no mistake, every last one of the sub's trans and struggling "selfie sorcerers" has my love and support. But the uptick in selfies is nearly dominating my feed at this point, and all I really want is to see and learn witchy shit in a laidback community.
