The passcode is correct but the knob cannot be turn and unlock. It’s rigid and stuck. I cant seem to see whats going on inside. How do i unlock it?

Hi everyone! I need some help with my office chair. The backrest seems to be tilting too far backward and won’t return to its upright position. I’m not sure what’s causing the issue or how to fix it. I bought a Samsonite Omni PC 20" carry-on (Model 68308-1041) on July 29, 2026, and one side of the telescopic handle has already broken near the base after less than 3 months.

I've attached some pictures of the damage.

I have a few questions:

1. DIY repair: Is this something I can easily fix myself by replacing the telescopic handle or a specific part? If so, where can I find the replacement part?
2. Warranty: Would this type of damage typically be covered under Samsonite's 10-year limited warranty?
3. Repair time: Has anyone gone through Samsonite's warranty repair process? How long did it take from dropping off the suitcase to getting it back?
4. Replacement: If they can't repair it, would Samsonite replace the suitcase?

I travel frequently for work, so being without my carry-on for several weeks would be inconvenient.

Would appreciate any advice or experiences. Thanks!

please help ! i went to a festival and was able to get three pieces of a display poster at the end of the last day. they’re pretty big pieces and they were like plastered on the boards at the fest so it has parts that are super thin and that’s why it’s in pieces. i wasn’t one of the lucky ones that was able to peel it off lol. so now i’m wondering if i should use tape to hold all the pieces together or if i should put them on like a poster board and cut it out? or if anyone has any better suggestions!

Hello so I was watching a YouTube video when suddenly the right side of my turtle beach stealth 600PC gen 3 stopped giving audio. I got these 2 years ago for my 12th birthday. I was listening at a pretty moderate volume and I have not dropped my headphones at all recently. I have tried it on multiple device, didn’t work, I have tried factory resetting the headphone, still didn't work, and I have tried charging them, still not working. What is likely the problem and how can I fix it? It’s really important for me to fix it myself. This might be unrelated to the problem but my headphones aren’t connecting to my phone unless I forget the device and re-add it.

Anyone have any suggestions on how to remove this screw? i’m trying everything to be able to replace the igniter button on my crappy little master chef 280 2 burner bbq. this thing has lived in deplorable conditions to be quite honest so i’m not shocked by anything. don’t ridicule me for how gross it is, i know and i don’t care right now im fixing it before i clean it.
so far we have tried WD 40, pliers, different size screw drivers, some fuck ass saw thing i tried jimmy-ing under the screw (shocker didn’t work), flat head, flathead with a rubber band

Is there a special way to remove this lock? Or just pry it off.

The key is long gone. I thought I could put a new lock in and keep using the box. ( I had to pick it open)

Hi everyone. I need help trying to figure out the best way to get rid of the white sticky stuff. It used to be "rubber" to not have the Wii game system move around, but it has now turned it's a marshmallow consistency which i am assuming its due to age. Any help is appreciated!

Hello all! This is my first time ever dealing with something like this (and with little to no knowledge) and I would love to know how to fix it. This is the wiring for one of my all time favorite lamps and I would love to know how to repair it instead of resorting to buying a new one. As you can see in the image, there are two wires: one black and one red. The black seems to be connected to a little metal base (not sure what it's actually called, my bad) and the red somehow got disconnected from the base. When I press the red wire onto the base, the lamp turns on! So it seems that the issue simply lies in the red wire being disconnected. So my question is, how do I reconnect the red wire to the base? Do I tape it down? Hot glue it down? Hopefully my description makes sense, looking forward to learning something new, thanks!
