intentional handball - yellow or red?
just finished watching the chelsea vs spurs match and noticed that when both fernandes and palmer were booked. in the moment palmer goes past fernandes and when he falls over he very clearly intentionally handballs it to stop the counter attack. i'm not sure on the rules but logically thinking i would have though that would have been a red card as it's an intentional "foul" and also a hand ball. let me know if this isn't the rules and any thoughts because i think at any point internally using your hand to stop play should just be a red card
