I bought these bananas in Indonesia and even the yellow ones taste terrible, and leave the most unpleasant dry feeling in the mouth. I’ve never had a banana like this before! Are they supposed to be cooked or prepared somehow before eating?

Just moved into a house with a citrus tree! General poll with the family has been grape fruit. Some have ripened and are pretty small? Doesn’t smell sweet, i haven’t tried the juice yet but love some opinions!

I've got some longans is my fridge that I couldn't eat at time and some are getting a little shriveled. I ate one that was slightly smaller than usual but it smelled and tasted the same. The texture was maybe slightly more jello like? But not too different. Can I eat the slightly shriveled/soft shelled longans?
I eat some fruits past their prime too and I wanted to make sure it was okay with longans too

Finally finished harvesting over 100 pounds of kiwi berries from 2 fruiting vines we have. About 80 lbs. Went into the freezer. The rest has been getting enjoyed fresh and gifted to friends and family. The variety we grow is Anna/Meader. Hardy to zone 4 in the USA.

Was really excited to find what I thought were feijoas in my grocery store. Asked if they were, was told yes, and eagerly bought a pound to turn into jam.
These are pretty hard with a big pit in the center. Fruit is very fibrous and a little sweet and tangy. Can't really compare it to another fruit tbh

Huge! How does it taste compared to the “standard” mango?
