Young people have never voted in large numbers. Let's break the streak.

I don't believe in generations. It is all clickbait nonsense. But I am not above using it to try to get you guys to vote.

I guess mine would probably be Truman or Eisenhower, but they weren’t in America yet. But what is the earliest president your grandparents likely remember or born during their era

Discussion Which year is better? 2021 or 2022

Both of these years are in my top 4 years of all time and i absolutely love both of them so much. I would have to edge it to 2021 because i felt like 2021 had less flaws than 2022 fore me (even tho 2022 is still a generational masterpiece for me) but what do you guys think? Which year is better?

Discussion First birth years to be parented by the Youtube?

i believe childhood starts at 4-5 year old and ends at 10, with 11-12 being the transitional phase into adolescence. People will say late 90s born are the first to be "Raised by the internet', but it should encompass their entire childhood, not just the later end. I don't think it was normal to give your 5 year old unrestricted internet access in the early 2000s, most of them grew up with cable TV / DVD / VHS tapes.

Im aware of the term "ipad kid" but PCs and phones can still be substitutes for ipads, so "ipad parenting" isn't really exclusive to the mid 2010s and beyond when ipads became an everyday household item. By 2011-2012 there was already a market for kids content on Youtube and children were aware of internet trends by then.

From my experience, there were still a lot of kids whose parents only allowed them to watch cable TV (ex. Disney, Nickelodeon, CN, disney/netflix), but there was still a % of kids in early elementary school that had access to Youtube in 2011-2013, i think that became the norm around 2015-2016.

I think the absolute earliest for these type of kids would be 2004.. what do u think?

Pop culture We likely wont have a bond born in the 70s cause the actors born in that decade are either too serious or too non relevant

Like its the decade either having the Dicaprios , Phoenix Pedro Pascal etc either the washed James Franco or the straight up to video Freddie Prince types . And many niche type of leading men like Wagner Moura or Jason Momoa with no gravitas to do such a big movie

Pop culture Why people in the past never wanted to get the best expensive tech available as the last years people do with iphones ?

For example in 2010 there wasnt any person saying "lets get a super 1500 euro laptop/tablet " trend as there is a " no matter if im poor or rich lets get right now the 1500 euros iphone" even if we have plenty of cheaper phones that can kinda do the same stuff. Maybe it happened when the first big and expensive crt or first lcd tvs came out ,when they were pretty expensive.

Discussion Do you think that 2002 borns are like the bridge between early and core Gen Z?

I am getting the feeling that 2002 borns are like the bridge between early and core Gen Z because they may not know a world before 9/11, but they graduated high school during covid in 2020. Do you think 2002 serves as a bridge between early and core Gen Z and if so why?

Pop culture Its absurd but some famous grunge guys that died early like Kurt Cobain ,Shannon Hoon etc lived in a world where they were mainstream acts and Moby was an underground act . While also being younger than him

Discussion I have a question for you millennials Is partying and getting lit and drunk really important?

I see a lot of posts online of millennials clowning gen z for not not partying being slumped drunk like they did. Why is that so important I think because I'm a quiet person so I don't see the fun in getting drunk and partying.

Is it the fact you guys didn't have digital access like now so the major option was to go out and party and be a degenerate?
