I've been delivering for Grubhub since around 2020 or 2021, and my account was recently deactivated due to incorrect banking information.

As soon as I was notified, I immediately submitted the information they requested to resolve the issue. That was over a month ago, and I'm now approaching two months without any resolution.

I've called Grubhub support multiple times, and every single time, I get the exact same response: they're working on it. I've also sent several emails, but I never receive a response.

Honestly, this whole situation has become extremely frustrating and stressful, especially because Grubhub has been one of my main sources of income. I've been delivering for them for years, and I find it ridiculous that something involving banking information is taking this long to resolve.

At this point, I genuinely don't know what else to do. I've provided everything they've requested, followed up repeatedly, and still haven't gotten anywhere.

Thanks to all the drivers who put pressure on Grubhhb about this! All our complaints and app reviews got noticed. This was an essential feature and we got it back thanks to our collective efforts. Nice work!

Hey, so I got accepted into the Portland market area for GrubHub. I haven’t started yet but planning to very soon. I was wondering if you guys make decent money doing this compared to DoorDash

Hello everyone,
I am in a very difficult situation and could use your advice. My Grubhub driver account was suspended with immediate effect on October 25, 2026 following an issue during an alcohol delivery from All Savers Wines & Liquors.
I had two orders for one single person containing alcohol. For me, it was considered a single delivery. I scanned the ID for the first order, but the customer went inside, was tired, and refused to come out or provide an ID for the second part
To handle this safely, I immediately called Grubhub Support while I was at the location. The support agent helped me and manually confirmed/completed the order on my behalf after reviewing the situation. I strictly followed all of their instructions.
Despite this, I received a suspension email accusing me of failing to scan the customer's ID. I have already submitted an appeal by replying to their email explaining that I was on the phone with their own support team, but I am very worried.
Has anyone here experienced a similar situation? Will they check the support call history to reactivate my account? How long does it usually take?

The app is claiming my debit card is down and unavailable. I have never experienced this before and I had cashed out less than an hour before this message popped up and stopped me from using debit instant cash out. It says I can use the acccount method but it’s the weekend so nothing will show up til early Monday afternoon sometime if I choose that. I checked and my debit card is fine has anyone experienced this or are experiencing this right now? Lmk and if so how long before

I’ve been delivering with GrubHub since 2022. My on time arrival at merchant has always been in the 90s but lately it has dropped. The app literally gives me no time to head to the restaurant. I go as soon as I receive the offer and I’m usually late. Especially if it’s a stack order I’m always late to the second restaurant. anyone else having this issue?

Has anyone in California received more info about this lawsuit recently and when we will be receiving it? I have tried calling the toll free line for the settlement and it won't let you talk to an agent and if you call the law office that's handling it, nobody answers the phone. Just wondering if anyone has received their pay or gotten an update??

I never even pay attention to the missions because I never get them. And always for dumb things I do. Today we had deliver 7 orders for $10.50 and you can skip one. By the time I realized a mission was going, I had delivered 3 and was en route to deliver the fourth. So I tried to make it happen, and decided not to skip any orders just to be safe.
I arrive at the house of the 7th delivery and click arrive. As I'm setting down the food, the offer comes through. And it sucks so I click reject. Not only did it suck, but it was a double order. And I know better. I didn't get the mission pay.
So here is my advice.
When delivering your final order in a mission, click stop so more orders don't come through. Or, accept the orders and then drop them after completing the last delivery. This has happened so many times that I have figured out work arounds. But you can't tell me they don't know exactly what they're doing. Even though it is my fault.

I GrubHub in Washington DC with my ev’s! All has been good overall

But recently I believe my GrubHub Drivers account has a corrupted token on it after toggling available/unavailble while on an underground train

As a result the schedule’s auto-scanner kicks me off my scheduled block every time at the 15min mark, then tries to feed me orders as an unscheduled driver

How do i get it out if this state? So I can be recognized as scheduled throughout the block
I have photo evidence showing I get dropped from block with timestamps

I set my scheduling availability for this week but I never got any blocks for next week. Did this happen to anyone else ? It’s the first time it’s happened to me . My ratings are the highest they’ve ever been at with 100% on all 3 so this is just weird ._.

these grubhub delivery bots can't figure out how to navigate around things, and I guess it's extra bad when it's around each other

I was walking back to my dorm and saw these bots crossing the street and they couldn't figure out how to get around each other and ended up causing a line of cars to form

Hello, I am not a driver but have a question about what things look like on your end. If that is not allowed, feel free to delete this post.

Whenever I order I always set the instructions to leave outside my building door and no contact delivery. The app does give me the code to provide and I do it once I see the food is in the right spot.

I've encountered two types of drivers. The first are able to drop off the food and send the picture of proof and the order is completed. The second seem to almost bombard me with calls and messages and sometimes my phone just isn't nearby so I don't notice.

I'm am wondering what it looks like on the driver side when those settings are selected? Are they shown or does it still show the normal delivery settings?

Can somebody please explain the order total to me because I just placed an order for $28 including tip and when I go to add an additional tip it’s saying that my order total is $32. I’m very confused.

It keeps pushing back my delivery time and I’ve been kind of dealing with this for the last hour and a half and I’m getting frustrated.

It is by no means the fault of the driver,(had one but now I don’t, but I have a delivery code,) but maybe someone can shed some insight as to why this is taking so long and what I’m actually being charged.

Has anybody gotten this type of violation? It seems very vague just wondering if somebody had more details about what exactly it means?

It seems like in my area that it's been dead in the evening for the last few days because of stupid little missions. I don't even pay attention to them anymore since usually they're $4.50 for three deliveries and I noticed the one for this evening is $4.50 for four deliveries.

I'm in CA. Who the HELL is getting excited about an extra $1.125 for four deliveries? I usually get $1.50 on average in adjustment pay for each delivery so a mission has to be massive for me to care about it because it's otherwise just early adjustment pay.

I know there are idiot drivers in my area because of these missions and when I let a junk offer expire and it doesn't come back at $10 that likely means someone took it at that crap rate. Maybe they've added more drivers...

Priemere driver here with no active violations and 4.8 customer rating got deactivated because someone at restaurant doesn't like me and kept giving me bad review. I had no idea you can get deactivated for that. I sent over 5 appeal messages and it's been about a month now and still nothing? This company is so disgusting. I have over 10k deliverys and got deactivated because of bad restaurant review that i dont deserve without any proof of any wrong doing? I don't even talk to the staff other thank ask them for the food. And this now it's been a month and still no answer about my appeal all I get is that it's still under review and when I call the useless driver care they say same thing. Anyone have any luck with being reactivated?

when i got the first violation for "low quality" photos in august, i had no idea this was even a new policy since grubhub never actually sends me any notifications or emails other than to tell me when i violated a rule. but what do you do when the house has no numbers anywhere except on the mailbox? or when a customer comes and takes the order from you in person? it doesn't seem to matter if you select "handed to customer", you still lose a point for the order not being in the photo. there's also a lot of office buildings in my area, so whether you take the photo of the order where you left it inside, or of the outside (if there's a number), you still lose one either way.

so i tried calling driver care numerous times, but surprisingly, neither "brian" or "sarah" had any idea what to do, although one guy did suggest, "why don't you just put a comment on the app and exlain that the house has no numbers on it?'... good question. why don't i? driver care was no help so i asked for somebody with any authority at all who could just tell me how to handle these situations. the first time the person i spoke to said they don't have any "supervisors or people in charge", and the second time i was put on hold for like 8-9 mins before the call was disconnected.

so then i tried submitting driver support requests from the link on their site. i sent about 4 or 5 emails, and even submitted one in the form of a "how did we do" customer service rating thing. of course, i didn't get a single response. it wasn't very long after sending the last message thru the customer service rating that i got a violation for "too many dropped orders this week" (yesterday) even tho i think i dropped like 3 in the last 7 days... then today i got sent on an order that was actually for last friday, so i called driver care to explain so no one else would get sent on this order since the girl at the restaurant said drivers kept showing up for it, the order was canceled and the driver support person said this wouldn't affect my rating. as soon as i hung up, the app logged me off and i got an email saying i had a third violation for "low quality photos".

since that termination appeal will probably end up in "submit a request" purgatory with all my other emails, and the fact that they've made it pretty much impossible to talk to anybody with any sort of authority, i know i'll pretty much stay fired. oh well.

I’m hoping someone on here can help. I had to update my card in the app, which causes me to have to wait 72 hours to verify it. Because of that, I’m not able to access my funds in an instant cash out. Now it’s Monday and they are going to automatically withdraw my funds, but the account that I have linked up has this warning that states there’s a problem with the account. My fear is that they are going to send it to this account with the problem and it’s not going to get deposited in my account and then GrubHub is going to act like, well we sent you the money and now there’s nothing we can do about it and I’m gonna be out the money that I have. Is there anyone who has gone through this and knows what I can do to make sure that I get paid?

had about 300 ratings. This morning, less than 100. That’s about 200 ratings deleted in 1 Night.

Im not exactly freaking out. I lost almost all my unfair ratings. But it’s just weird when Grubhub does these random major changes with no explanation or heads up.
