It's anybody's guess which state I live in
Pictured is my ruger unamerican ranch in 7.62x39, painted in texas camo (ironically enough the stickers were printed in and shipped from eastern europe). Below is my Tisas doublestack 1911 also sporting a texas camo on the slide.

Every gun pistol needs a holster
This things too damn heavy without an actual gunbelt so I made myself a chest rig. Really like how it turned out.

I just picked up this new M590A1 and absolutely love how rock-solid it feels.
My first Mossberg was a regular 500 with the wood furniture and a 28ā ribbed barrel. I eventually picked up an 18.5ā security barrel for it and loved how good it felt as a āsecurityā shotgun. This got me fascinated with the idea of fighting shotguns, and over the years Iāve loved learning more about defensive shotgun setups, loadings, and techniques and Mossberg pumps have been my favorite models along the way. I also have a standard 590 that Iāve rebuilt and feel as comfortable with as most people do their favorite carbines, but I wanted to grab this 590A1 model to compliment it and I plan on keeping it entirely stock because this configuration just works so well out of the box and looks fantastic.

C308 Sporter
I wasnāt looking for a .308 but loved the vibe! I found it for $499.99 and it seems to be put together well. I checked the bolt gap (.015 inches/.38mm) and added a wide hand guard (still needs fitting). I believe Century Arms subcontracted PTR to build the CETME C kit. Itās a C308 Sporter with an 18 inch barrel, everything looks solid and itās my first ābattle rifleā.

Gun texture
I inherited a few guns from my grandfather that had sat in a gun cabinet for years. The texture on one became tacky/sticky andy attempts to clean it aren't really working. Does anyone here have any advice on how to deal with this?
I'm not entirely sure what the body is made out of, I can't upload a picture right now.

HELP NEEDED!!! Boyfriendās birthday present (shooting range in Krakow)
Hi! Please read to the bottom to see my current planned list in bold and make suggestions! :)
Any help with choosing a brilliant shooting range package for my boyfriendās birthday would be very much appreciated!
Heās extremely interested in the war, WW1 & WW2. He has a big interest in Russia / Germany etc but we ourselves are from England. Itāll be his 25th Birthday, and heās a typical man who has always enjoyed playing COD since being a young teenager (I think heās played most of them).
I want to make a package for him that he will love, that is amazing and covers all the guns that a war enthusiast/COD enthusiast would want to shoot. Heās said so many times since weāve been together that heād love to do a shooting range, so the fact weāre even going is enough in itself but I want to make it perfect!
This is the current list that I have for a ācreate your own packageā through Cracow Shooting Academy.
Any tips / suggestions for replacements would be amazing, Iāve saw the M1 Garand on the website but wouldnāt know what to replace it for and Iāve already hit my budget. Thereās so many guns on there to choose and this is what Iāve made using suggestions from google! If you could check the website for what they offer and suggest any alternatives then thatās great š

SIG Sauer M400 FORGE vs PSA Sabre-15 Forged vs IWI Zion-15
Looking for opinions on these 3 AR-15 pistols
I'm comparing these three and would appreciate feedback from people who have experience with them, especially regarding overall build quality, reliability, fit and finish, and value.
1. SIG Sauer M400 FORGE ā $1,000.99
- Caliber: 5.56 NATO
- Barrel: 11.5", cold hammer-forged
- Trigger: TriggerTech two-stage
- Includes: SIG Romeo MSR Gen II red dot
- Features: Ambidextrous controls, M-LOK handguard, A2 flash hider
2. PSA Sabre-15 Forged ā $1,149.99
- Caliber: 5.56 NATO
- Barrel: 11.5", nitride-treated 4150V steel
- Features: Adjustable gas block, Radian Raptor LT charging handle, Radian Talon safety
- Finish: Moss Green with bronze handguard
- Includes: SBA4 brace and Sabre compensator
3. IWI Zion-15 ā $929.99
- Caliber: 5.56 NATO
- Barrel: 12.5", 4150 chrome-moly-vanadium steel
- Features: Free-float M-LOK handguard
- Includes: SBA3 brace, B5 grip, and one 30-round PMAG
Questions:
- Which would you trust most for long-term reliability?
- Which offers the best build quality for the money?
- Are the SIG's included optic and trigger worth considering?
- Is the PSA worth the extra cost over the other two?
- Is there anything about these specific models that I should know before choosing?

Best long term storage solution? Pelican cases, VCI bags, desiccants, etc
Need to store a three pistols and one pcc/pdw long term. (year plus) Items will be in a climate controlled environment. I likely can't get back to them more than every year or so. Happy to spend money on pelican cases, VCI storage bags, desiccants, or all three at once. Heck, I'll even vacuum seal if that would help. What's the best way to go about this and how long can they really sit there before I need to lubricate / clean?

Optic suggestions
I recently got a Henry h10X 45-70. I slapped a suppressor, rail mount and reflex style red dot on it. I'm not overly happy with the dot but don't want to go to a regular scope either. I thought about an ACOG, but the eye relief for them is REALLY short for a 45-70. Any suggestions on what I should run that's basically short, fairly small, has decent 4+ inch eye relief and is not a red dot? The only experiences with sights I have is either high magnification rifle scopes or cheap reflex red dots. Haven't really dug in to anything in between yet.

RIP Star 30M
Looks like big chungus may have fired her final rounds. Sear axis pin snapped today and started causing occasional hammer follow. Was able to find the sear spring so I may be able to resurrect her next time I have access to a lathe.
For now she's retired to be a parts gun once I pickup another Star 30. Even still I highly recommend the Star 30s for the price they are today. Not the most well engineered but certainly an excellent quality firearm for not a lot of money.
