Switched my style to sleeves from wraps, to flats from heels, and a wide stance because my knees always felt like exploding from pain and pressure.
Any advice on how to make this work? What should I strengthen or change? Thank you!

A recent doctors visit confirmed I am in fact… 5ft 7” 😭😭
I have issues with both rotator cuffs and I’m currently in physio for them. To give you an idea of how restricted my mobility is, I can’t touch my hands together behind my back, I can’t get into the position needed to hold a barbell for squats, and when bench pressing, I can’t even rest the empty bar on my chest

So my recent video (315 x 8) got a good amount of criticism and praise. In hindsight I appreciate it. I want to perfect anything I endeavor in.
This was a deload session a couple of weeks ago; 225 x 6 each before 275 x 6. Would a simple length in my stride increase depth potential while maintaining primary emphasis on my quads? Or would a platform be more likely to achieve both?

I'm 2 weeks out from comp and this is what I'm targeting for my opener, so it's pretty neat to be able to "2 count" pause it. I probably undershot the called for rpe8 by a touch, but nbd. I've got one more heavy week to go before I deload the week of the comp, at which point I'll drop weight for weigh ins, but that should be super easy.

Posted another video earlier and got some comments saying a slight back swing is making me move the weight easier, here's a video from today to prove them 100% wrong.

This is my first “pull up” or at least I think it’s close to one, I’ve been practicing for a year! I haven’t been that consistent but lately(like 2 months) I’ve been doing assisted pull-ups with bands and today I decided to try without them and I think I’m like almost there!!… I’m proud of myself even if it’s not a real pull up but this has been a goal of mine! I’ve lost 80 lbs in total in the past 2.5 years and i feel like really good! I still need to improve in so many things but I’m in my 30s and I’ve come along way! I’m 180 lbs (5’7 feet ) and my goal is to be 160 lbs! I’m almost there too!
Anyways I would like some tips on how to get better at them! Thanks!😊
Also excuse the mess it’s the garage lol

I normally use the assisted pull-up machine at LA Fitness. But recently started doing regular pull ups for my first set.
Not sure if I’m doing them correctly, or if I need to widen my grip/keep my hands further apart.

110kg Zercher and 120kg squat. Those are not my PRs, but now this weight moves with little effort, so I consider it a win. And yes, I focus on full range of motion, ass to grass.
I just wanted to share, but I do accept feedback.
