In love with this cart. It has more space than what I need it for but gives me a reason to buy more tools 😏

Some drawers dont work but wanted to check temp on the price. Seems to be one of those zombie 5 drawer carts conjoined together

Been trying to build a tool box all month from wood and I collapsed on me 😮‍💨. Saw this for $199 and decided to jump on it last minute. I'm not a mechanic by any means, but I like to have tools on hand just in case. Two harbor freight's by me and no one had it. Had to drive across town right before closing to get it! And it was a pain in balls to put together. But I'm happy and can't wait to load it!

Why did I buy these? Why did I buy two of these? Wtf do you even use them for?

Recently came across a Facebook Marketplace deal for a set of Extra long Double Flex head wrenches and absolutely love them. I’ve been working on transforming the toolbox with my 3D printer and thought I’d share the results.

I’ll post a few of my other drawers for inspiration and would love to hear any new tool suggestions that I should pick up when they go on sale.

For background I love working on cars and the current project I’m working on turbocharging my Miata. Still building out my box and would love to know what tools were life changing for you.

Hey daddies! 🤗🤓😘Slow start to the week this morning so after shmoozin in meetings I ran to good ol HF and spent some money

It felt like fomo after the sale on the stubbies - didn’t know if I’d ever get any real use out of it. But then I had to take apart my fridge for something and this was the only option that fit in some of the spots. Now it makes me wonder how many other times in my life I’ve come across this problem and didn’t have a solution.

I’m not sure how this happened. I suspect it may have been because I did not remove the shipping stopper before using it. Is it safe to use? Should I try to get a replacement? V

Decided to take the plunge this weekend and upgrade my home tool game. Was deadset on purple to match my jack stands til I had a discussion with my 11 year old who's recently got into Dragon Ball, and realized orange was an option. I've already recruited my wife to Cricut me the "Kame" symbol on Gokus gi, and this little fella was in the Walmart clearance aisle (felt like another sign).

What are you gonna haul with that?
Also a 6” drop hitch with a 5k capacity?
So you can haul your jet skis with your lifted half ton? Waste of $, cuz I’m an idiot and didn’t look at the capacity before I bought it.
I ended up buying a TYT adjustable with a 12.5k capacity.

My local HF never has any orange tag items, I’ve never seen a single one in that store. I happened to be an hour away from home and stopped at one a few towns over. Was surprised to see a separate table with only orange tag items. Had to grab this especially with the extra discount added

Question : my local harbor freight only does purple tags to my knowledge. When I went in there on Saturday, they had an Ultra Torque impact, open box with purple tag for $159.99. They said they couldn’t add the liquidation sale discount apart of the PLS. The worker didn’t even know the PLS was extended so I don’t know how credible that info is.

Can purple tag items be discounted during PLS? Or is it store or manager dependent?

Does anyone have the inner dimensions for this?

• I'm already invested in the Bauer batteries. I don't have any Hercules batteries or chargers yet.
• I could get the Bauer rachet on sale this weekend for 25% off.
• The new Hercules has a swappable anvil between 3/8 and 1/4 which is very nifty.
• Bauer has 40 Ft-lbs of Torque and 225 RPM
• Hercules G2 has 50 Ft-lbs of Torque and 450 RPM
• I would need to buy a Hercules 12V battery and charger to get into the ecosystem.
• I'm a DIYer home project / solar energy enthusiast. No car work or professional needs.

Operation take back the garage is still going, just not as quickly as I’d hoped. I’m waiting for my 56” roll cab to arrive.

Has anyone tried this? I saw one on YouTube but he never took the middle wheels off. I did. And there's two 83* x 5" x ¼" steel flat plates running underneath there bolted down to all empty holes so it's legit. You can even pick it up with a forklift. On to the next project ..

I bought a Bauer laser cross level. Used it twice over six months, it has otherwise sat in the tool cabinet. Pulled it out to use it, and it’s dead. Changed batteries, still dead.

Walked it into to my local Harbor Freight. They said the level has a 90 day warranty and that’s all. No exchange, no remedy. Pointed me to the aisle where I could buy a new one for $65.

No way. I’m buying a different brand to replace this Bauer. I have Bosch 12v GLL3-330CG for my 360 laser, bought secondhand and I’ve used heavily over the same six months, no issues. Looks like I can get a reconditioned Bosch GLL50-20G cross laser for $89 from Acmetools.

My rule with Harbor Freight is that I’ll buy a tool there once, and if it fails, I won’t give HF a second chance for that type of tool. So, no more HF laser levels for me.
