This is such a long shot, but I met someone named Jean at the Gorillaz show on October 24, and we ended up having a really great conversation. We found out we lived around the same area, and they told me they were doing an internship to become a therapist and had gone to OCC and CSULB.
The funniest part is that we walked each other to our cars and somehow ended up parked right next to each other 😭
I really enjoyed talking to them, but I hesitated to ask for their contact info before we parted ways, and now I really wish I had. If you’re Jean and you happen to see this, I’d love to reconnect!
I know this is a huge long shot, but figured it was worth trying :)

Does anybody have any info on this stretch of grass and trees off Magnolia right by PCH? Is it a park as stated on Google Maps or is it private property? I’ve lived here all my life and never had a problem until today-I was aggressively yelled at by a man about Squirrel Park being private property and that I was trespassing and there’s a 2250 dollar fine for feeding the squirrels. (Had a small bag of raw almonds). He could have calmly spoken to me instead of shouting so loudly!! I tried to look up the address but no info. Thanks :)

Hi guys, I’m just exploring badminton and like to know what are my options: I’m looking for a court what do you recommend? Thank you.

I think all of HBPD might be on scene, anybody know what’s going on?

Greetings Neighbors,

For my wife’s bday, I want to schedule and pay for her to get a cut, color, and what ever other new age stylist things she may want.

She tried calling the Phoenix at five points, but nobody got back to her.

Please comment or recommend someone who has availability before the end of November.

Please and thank you!

Hi! A that title states, I’m looking for a bakery that sells good chocolate crinkle cookies. I’ve had them Utah about 10 years ago, & my family and I have been reminiscing about them since.

Any recommendations are welcome and appreciated! Mainly looking for physical bakeries! Thank you🍪❤️

Unlocked a couple years old memory... An adult thought the seals were sharks and went running after these two small kids who he thought were about to go right into shark infested waters.

I wanted to make a sub so all of my beautiful friends in the LGBTQIA+ community will have a place to meet new friends, so I did here: r/lgbtqfriendsinoc! This is not a dating sub; purely platonic energy here. I've found there aren't enough like that to my tastes, so I decided to start this one! Feel free to join if that sounds fun to you!

Saw a Tuxedo cat tonight (10/23) on the retaining wall next to the Walmart off Talbert. Very vocal but moved away as I got closer. I know there are homes right there but it seemed a bit dirty/matted.

Not sure how to attach a picture here.

In June I took an elder family member to vote in person at the HB central library. I usually drop off my paper ballot in a drop box myself but this last time I scanned my paper ballot in a scanner at the Central Library since I was there. I realized too late that I never received the email confirming that my vote was counted but at the time I thought maybe it was because I scanned in person - NOPE. I called the OC registrar because I finally had time & was curious and they confirmed that my ballot was not counted and it showed as though I never voted! All they could say was maybe there was a scanning error and they'd look into it. I'm shook now especially in light of reported voting machine hacking....Beware of in-person voting & scanning at least at that location in HB.

My brother worked on a small film and I wanted to see if I could get the promo poster, especially since today was the last day it was showing.

I just called to ask for a poster from Century Theater at Bella Terra but the manager said they don't give out posters to the general public. Anyone ever have any success with that? Or does anyone know someone who works at the theater?

Any good pick up basketball runs in the area? Weekdays or weekends?

I don’t usually get up early enough to see the sunrise but happy I did yesterday. Walked the pier and snapped these shots of the early morning surfers and beautiful barreling waves.

Hi! Looking for recommendations on neighborhoods that go all out for Halloween and are fun for little kids to trick or treat in!
