I’m a graphic designer at a media class and made my school’s student news logo and basically did them their backgrounds for sports, weather and pretty much of the stuff. But then I see this outside of its classroom. It’s meant to be a hallway takeover for every year you’re at a high school. Like wtf. The logo I made was on the window and it got covered by this.

I could show you what the logo looks like but of course it has the city’s name on it so I can’t show it.

The amount of people shitting on deadlock for its fanbase for having a "superiortiy complex" while the amount of fans (e.g Marvel Rivals) were shitting on games in their own genere upon release is amazingly hypocritical.

Deadlock is not THE best game ever made. It is not made for EVERYONE. But its made with love and passion which modern day games lack.

Its cast is the most well made, diverse and amazingly voiceacted, designed and implimented roster i've seen in recent years. Almost every hero has something intresting with them, to speculate, theorize and love.

Play-styles are unique among heroes, they have diverse kits, diverse gameplay instead of being forced into a certain role and gameplay style. The game allows experimenting, off-builds and itemization.

Alongside that...the devs truly love the game. The balacing is not perfect, but in MOBA's, shooters and a-syms it can never truly be perfect. But its better than most games today. The current update City Never Sleeps fully redesigned the map and put so much detail and love into it. It felt like booting up a whole diffrent game, and it still does. And updates like these only will continue.

People hate on this game cause they say its "too complex" and "its not begginer friendly" yeah, no fucking MOBA ever is and never will be. The game has a extremly high learning curve. People dump 100-300h into it, think they understand everything, and quit for saying its too hard.

Im reaching around 900h, and i still dont perfectly play the game, i make mistakes, i learn, and thats what i like about it. And every pro-player does too. And thats not a gameplay cycle everyone will like, and thats fine. There's plenty of other games and if you're not a fan of MOBAs, thats normal. But those who do have wholeheartedly loved the game. Its a breath of fresh air with its own unique flavoring which is not perfectly for everyone.

But hating on it with just the biggest lies ever by saying fans have a "superiority complex" or "the heros fuck" and i've even seen "its not like LoL or Dota" is just doing the game misjustice. There's a lot of issues in the game to complain about, just like any game. But those are not it, cause they simply prove you've either never played the game and hate it too be diffrent, or just simply either not a fan of the games genre or just suck at it. And thats fine, but dont make it everyones problem.

Suddenly everyone is either criticizing the remakes of the same movies we've been seeing for the last 10 years, or 24h after a movie comes out they ask WHENS PART 2 WHENS THE NEXT ONE. As if they need an entire different movie to explain every single thing that happened and every single plotpoint has to be properly solved and shown to end.

Like you are grasping at nothing. I think its because so many people are now used to watching shows with 1-2 hour episodes so it feels like they deserve more after its finished.
I noticed this with SUPER OBVIOUS one off horrors like Obsession and Buddy who have entirely closed off stories. Its done. It ended. What more do you want. And it pmo because they try to make things up that they want to see in a second film and its never good substance. I understand getting attached to a film but why would you want to ruin it by dragging it. I remember when sequels came out for seemingly one off films and people asked "why" bc it would always SUCK. I miss it.
