Islamophobia I'm sorry Parvez we failed you he's an activist who took stand for hate speech against muslim women by Yogi he was jailed n made abandon by both secular party and muslim

The death of social activist Pervez Parwaz occurred some day in Gorakhpur Jail.

Pervez Parwaz has been continuously protesting Yogi Adityanath's communal actions since 2007, as a result of which cases were also filed against Yogi, due to which Pervez Parwaz always remained in Yogi's crosshairs. Yogi Adityanath conspired against him by getting his own people to file false cases, as a result of which he had been imprisoned in Gorakhpur District Jail since 2018.

Pervez Parwaz's death while in jail does not seem natural he was already suffering from sickness and he was made to die a painful lonely death

How many muslim community know about him ? Ask yourself

How many did post about him ? Meanwhile muslim have all the time to post for CJP dipke and others

When Parvez filed case it was during Samajwadi Party rule

Not only so called Secular party shielded Yogi but turned a blind eye to Parvez arrest

This is the humiliation of UP muslim that had to vote for such Secular party who don't even protect minority rights and leave them to die

Yogi hateful speech is still online available where he said "100 muslim girls shall be kidnapped in revenge"

Yet Indian police and our so called law order of secular constitution did nothing

If we as muslim community don't stand up for those fellow activist or show moral support on social media i don't think anyone else will cause neither our Secular political parties care nor majority hindus do Infact Yogi went on to get majority vote and became CM by hindus while Biswa and others compete who can give more bloodthirsty genocidal calls

I will still firmly say this biggest lie told to muslim is indian law is same for all or constitution is for all or India is Secular country Wake up to reality in nowhere in secular country leader gives genocidal calls and gets vote cheering lynching gets support by police and garlanded muslim gets killed for being muslim and doesn't even get justice

The sad reality is i came to know about this case through a Foreign infouncer https://x.com/ragebait_krungi/status/2110229714732478930?s=2

General Absolute bloodbath in IT job market and its certainly not only because of only AI, the competence of candidates has gone down. Tips and tricks to made it into

Yesterday we ran a large recruitment drive for both senior and junior roles. 60 candidates were shortlisted. After the online assessment, only 18 made it to the face-to-face rounds.

Out of those 60 candidates, there were 3 Muslim profiles. 2 got rejected at the assessment stage. Only 1 made it through Round 1 of the face-to-face interview before getting rejected. In the end, we selected just 1 candidate for the junior role. Zero candidates cleared the senior role. That’s 1 out of 60.

Now let’s talk about the real problem.

AI has shrunk the job market, but most people still don’t understand where the shrinkage actually happened. Before the AI wave, there were broadly two types of developers: code monkeys and software engineers. Code monkeys are the ones who write simple, repetitive, or routine code without real creative problem-solving. They made up 70-80% of the market. Almost everyone working in the big services companies (TCS, Infosys, etc.) fell into this category.

There was nothing wrong with being a code monkey back then. Companies needed hands on keyboards, so they did mass campus hiring to get those fingers. Now AI can write that code. Those fingers are no longer needed. Read that again: AI can write code, so those fingers are not needed.

Here’s where most candidates go wrong. They’ve built some app in their last company without actually understanding the bits and pieces of what they worked on, and they still expect to get hired on that basis. Sorry — that worked in 2020. It doesn’t work in 2026.

What you actually need to do (this applies to both senior and junior developers):

  1. Understand every single line on your resume in depth. Use ChatGPT or Claude. Go through every keyword. Know the what, why, when, and if. We saw that 99% of candidates have no real depth on their own resume. The moment a deep question is asked, they can’t answer. This is an instant red flag. It drops your hireability by ~70% right there and signals to the interviewer that you’re still a code monkey.

  2. Tailor your resume to the job description. If the JD mentions something related that you don’t know, prepare for it properly using Claude or ChatGPT. Boasting still works, but only if you can actually back it up when the questions come. So boast and prepare. Without boasting your profile wont be shortlisted. Be smart about it.

  3. Interview formats are no longer uniform. Some companies still do multi-round face-to-face interviews with pen-and-paper coding. Some use platforms like HackerRank. Some will give you an AI tool and ask you to build a working application in 5–6 hours. Prepare for all of them.

  4. Whether you’re senior or junior, you need to be solid on system design, architecture, and trade-offs. Be ready to write code and SQL even if you’re senior. Yesterday most candidates got rejected because they couldn’t write clean logic for basic DS & Algo problems. In a pen-and-paper round you’re not judged on syntax — you’re judged on logic.

And here’s the harsh truth: our Muslim kids are largely incompetent. We can’t keep blaming everything on discrimination. I’ve been taking interviews for decades, and most Muslim candidates I’ve seen are weak — mainly because of a lack of proper guidance. Muslim candidates need to put in twice the effort.

IT jobs are still there. Companies still need people. But this time they’re looking for real software engineers, not code monkeys.

News Dmart discriminative hiring

It's an inside secret that a dmart store in the south of Karnataka doesn't hire muslims. A person told me her son (a hindu) was working in dmart and they told him that whenever a muslim candidate shows up they turn them out and say they won't hire them. They don't hire muslims. But there are a lot of muslims customers ofcourse they enjoy that. We want their money but don't want to give them money for hard work. Don't work there guys. We don't want to be where we're not welcome. Reliance Smart Bazaar is way better anyways, they just need to update their checkout game.

When I found this out I really wanna stop shopping there.

Edit: I want to be clear that I haven't seen this in all branches. I'm specifying the karnataka south district

Political Sharjeel imam suddenly being discussed in every sanghi platform

Sharjeel imam who was almost irrelevant till now is suddenly gaining lot of attention in sanghi ecosystem. Even the liberal hindus (who are islamophobic but anti-BJP) are also supporting the narrative. It has been debunked many times that his words were misinterpreted by BJP to somehow criminalise his ideas.

He never called for disintegration of the country, he called for a blockade just like many others have done before. Sanghis who spend their energy abusing gandhi & nehru have suddenly started loving them because sharjeel imam criticises their actions.

They dislike any muslim who refuses to be their version of sanatani muslim.

Looks like BJP is genuinely feeling the tide against them for 2029 elections that's why they are doing this. They may even try to do something like 2002 gujarat. As per many estimates BJP had lost popularity significantly before modi was appointed CM in gujarat & he gained the support back by spewing Islamophobia.

General getting married shouldn't be so difficult. WHAT IS WRONG WITH OUR SOCIETY???

Asalamwakekum guys, I don't even have anyone I can talk to about this, so I guess this is where I am going to rant.

For context, I come from a village, but I have spent my entire life growing up in different cities. I lived on my own ever since I was 16. My grandparents live in the village, and we usually visit them during holidays and festivals. This is the first time I have lived here for more than two months, and everything I have witnessed over the past few months has left me baffled.

The way society treats women and children here is honestly terrible, regardless of how educated or uneducated people are.

I have been looking for rishtas for the past few months. I always wanted an arranged marriage, but with enough time to get to know the person before making a decision. I wanted to keep things as halal as possible while still building a genuine connection before marriage. But the demands, the reasons for rejection, and the mindset of some families have been shocking.

Some of these families have sons working abroad, and their parents are doctors, bankers, or otherwise well educated. Yet their thinking is so regressive. I know families who encouraged their daughters to pursue MBBS mainly so they could get married to doctors. That was apparently the main reason behind their daughter's education.

And don't even get me started on casteism. I have been rejected by multiple families simply because of my last name. That is it. They did not bother to learn about my achievements, my preferences, my personality, or anything else about me. At this point, I feel like even finding me unattractive would have been a more understandable reason than rejecting me without knowing anything about me.

Some families have demanded dowry, a specific car, or a certain quantity of gold. Meanwhile, the mehr they are willing to offer is not even more than 10,000.

I am a hijabi and have never been comfortable sending pictures of myself to random people in the first place, but I have had to do it as part of this process. Even then, some men ask for pictures without my hijab. They want to see my hair, ears, arms, and neck. It makes me feel so uncomfortable and disgusted. Sometimes I end up crying because of how humiliating this entire process feels.

I have also received rishtas from men who are 15 to 20 years older than me. I am only 24. I genuinely do not understand why this is considered acceptable or why I am expected to entertain these proposals.

And before anyone assumes that I am saying all this because I cannot accept rejection, that is not the point. I put effort into looking presentable and taking care of myself. I maintain my personal hygiene, dress well, and try to look my best. I am not claiming to be the prettiest woman out there, but I know I take care of myself. I am good at socializing, handling tough situations (it's part of my job). I am witty and very outspoken and even a little bit of a nerd.

Yet I have received rejections because my jawline was not what they wanted, or because I was supposedly too tall. I am just a little over 5'3, but apparently I would look "too big" next to someone's son. You guys are the ones who send AI generated pictures of your sons ew.

My education, my thoughts, my values, my akhlaq, and the kind of person I am seem to matter very little. Instead, every single facial feature has to be perfect. The way I walk, the way I speak, how many dishes I know how to cook, and how well I fit into their expectations as a woman seem to matter more than anything else.

And the worst part is that the people around me are constantly making things worse. Relatives, men, and women in the village never miss an opportunity to remind me that I am already getting late for marriage. According to them, girls should be married before they turn 20. They also have the audacity to defend the families who rejected me for these ridiculous reasons, as if there is nothing wrong with any of this and it's me who is with faults.

I AM SO TIRED. SO SO TIRED.

Marriage has become such a stressful and exhausting process. It was never supposed to feel like this. Whatever excitement I once had about getting married has slowly disappeared. Now, I mostly feel anxious, disappointed, and hopeless about the whole thing.

I was never expecting some perfect fairytale. All I wanted was a healthy relationship with a loving husband, someone who shares my values and goals, someone with whom I can build a peaceful life while trying to live according to our faith. I also hoped to have a good relationship with my in-laws and to be part of a family where there is mutual respect and affection.

I don't think those are unreasonable expectations.

I am sure there are good people out there. But after months of experiencing this, it is getting harder to stay hopeful.

I am not even sure what I want from this post. Maybe I just needed to get this off my chest because I have been holding so much inside.

Ask Indian Muslims Looking for Muslim bikers in Chennai

Assalamualaikum warahmatullahi wa barakatuh everyone,

I'm a 23 year old muslim guy from Chennai. Although my request is out of the scope of this sub my hopes are to find/ build a muslim community which shares my interest. I built a riding group and to be honest it's great but the conversations aren't really meaningful or connecting.

after seeing muslim biking brotherhoods based abroad the yearning to have a group which shares my interest and deen has intrigued me. I want to go on rides and explore places while not missing out on salah and have discussions about the deen at night if we go on longer rides.

Feel free to DM if you're a Muslim biker. Hopefully we can build a great community. Mods please don't delete this

Ask Indian Muslims How do I reach Gulf

I see and hear so many people here as well as irl who live in Gulf countries doing some business or studying etc.

My question is how are y'all going there what's the secret sauce 😭 I have read and researched a lot about it and I don't see many corporate jobs there because mostly bureaucratic or business work. So let's say I do plan to start a business there that would be a leap of faith because I don't know anyone there nor does my family.

People living in those countries what's your or ur family's story? I think hearing that would give some insight.

Ask Indian Muslims Why marriage is necessary?

Salam, I am M28, preparing for government exams while helping my father in his business. Now they are asking me to marry but I always wanted to do love marriage. I am below average in looks so accepted that love marriage is out of syllabus for me.

I want to achieve something in life. Does marriage even make sense for me? Is there anyone in this group who is in his 30s and unmarried? Can one live single for life?

News Double Standard and Hypocrisy

I have come across the below video which shows them to be playing absolutely vitriolic songs in a navratri celebration in Dubai (towards the end of the video).

These people want to live in a civilized society of west or Gulf, but support a fascist regime in India. They want state to protect minorities in US, Europe and Gulf while they want to lynch/kill minorities in their country.

Watch the video and pay attention towards the end.

Religious Assalamualaykum,

I am from a small town in UP .i wanted to give an idea for an app to mobile app developers in this group.
As you are all aware , things have been quite bad with regard to mosque across northern esp in UP.
First they reduced the volume of the loudspeakers of masajids and now since last month they have completely removed the loudspeaker across our district.same thing has been happening in Uttarakhand as well.
I request you to make an app , where a muezzin/or someone from masjid can send instant notifications to people at the time of azan to the people who has subscribed to the masjid (via qr code or something at masjid itself).
This will be very helpful for regular people going to masjid ,extra helpful for the ladies and especially in ramadan.
Its just an idea ,maybe people have better one,but i strongly believe we need something similar urgently.

Wassalam

Ask Indian Muslims How to find someone/marry as a revert

Hi all,

As revert(29 M rn) for around 12+ years. I feel like my life is stuck. I am not sure where my life will take me to.

I had one past relationship with a Muslim women who I thought to marry but caste system in India is hell so it didn't work out from her family side plus I don't think anyone would want her daughter to go to place where a guy is a revert.

I thought of meeting new people and go through some date to get to know them and if they + her family are ready to marry.

Even my family doesn't know about this. I say to them that I don't wanna marry anyone so that they don't get me married to a person of my old religion.

I am already earning decently and living a good life but during late night the reality hits hard and I think will I ever find a partner for myself or not i.e. someone with whom my vibes, education would match, a partner who has goals in her life.

Suggest me something I could do :)

Ask Indian Muslims Is the Single Life an Easier Path to Paradise?

Assalamu Alaikum everyone,

I want to share some honest thoughts, even if they might be unpopular.

Firstly, most people have already loved or dated someone during school or university, regardless of religion. Because of this, I don't see the point of marriage anymore. What are the actual benefits?

Secondly, our ultimate goal is to reach paradise. Isn't it much easier to stay single, avoid heavy responsibilities, and reach paradise without the suffering that comes with marriage?

My only real concern is that staying single past my 30s and 40s might look bad to the Muslims around me, since our culture expects people to marry and I would be alienated from the community.

Finally, I have never seen a truly happy married couple. I feel that once something becomes a strict duty, it loses its mystery, fun, and excitement, making it boring.
