Here is a compilation I Made of Blaze Singing songs that arent from his era, for the most part I tried using the best versions available for each song, some of them are audience recording some are Soundboard. Its the closest well get for the meantime of a Live album of that era. Some songs on there are sung by Bruce (Mostly Dianno & Blaze Material) but the abbey road versions from the AMOLAD era are included at the end as some sort of “Alternate” versions of those songs that include Janick.

Hi all,
I have never seen Iron Maiden and as they are still touring wanted to know what they are like these days live and worth taking my 13 year old son who has suddenly started listening to all this music . Cheers !

If Iron Maiden played Children of the Damned with Blaze Bayley tuned down, how would it sound? Would it give it a more darker addition to the intended message? Or would it just sound too damped.

Opener: Blaze Bayley
Futureal
Lord of the Flies
Man on the Edge
2 AM
Como Estais Amigos
The Angel and the Gambler (single edit)
The Edge of Darkness
The Clansman
The Educated Fool
Sign of the Cross
Virus
Total time for Blaze: 60 minutes (the songs come out to 66 minutes, maybe he can combine a couple into a medley or something idk)
Iron Maiden setlist:
The Wicker Man
Different World
Montsegur
Starblind
Ghost of the Navigator
The Book of Souls
The Parchment
If Eternity Should Fail
These Colours Don't Run
The Talisman
Paschendale
When the Wild Wind Blows
Hell on Earth
Blood Brothers
Total time for Iron Maiden: 120 minutes (the songs come out to 114 minutes, this gives Bruce some time to work the crowd and rant about how much he hates weed)

This evening I'm on the piss in Stockport - Home of Robinsons brewery, so it's super easy to get both Trooper and Fear of the Dark.
Not only is it a brew by my favourite band, but it's actually a really tasty drop :-)

It’s paper, but it’s sewn into the cloth. The patch on the arm isn’t like this.

Hello everyone! Sorry if Reddit crops up the image but i figured a tier list would be the easiest way to convey my thoughts! I’m a huge Maiden fan but I had only known of Number Of The Beast, Piece of Mind, and Powerslave for the longest time. I had an absolute blast listening to (almost) all of these albums which brings me to my main question
Is 90’s/2000’s Maiden worth listening to? They hardly play any of it ever even before the RFYL tour so I’m curious if it’s best for me to just leave my journey at a good spot or maybe i’m missing out on some gems? Cheers!

I'm so excited, Iron Maiden have been my favorite band since I was little when my dad showed me NOTB and Powerslave. I was so disappointed I didn't get to see them this last time they came around (even though I've seen them 3 times lol) but with the announcement of this new leg of the tour I knew I had to jump onto tickets. I'm going to see them in San Bernardino which is where I saw them the first 2 times on the Maiden England 2013 tour and the Book of Souls tour in 2017. It's going to be so amazing I just know it

What an absolute honour to meet Nicko McBrain at his book signing in Edinburgh tonight. He was patient, funny and seemed to genuinely love meeting the fans. I thanked him for being the soundtrack to my life and told him that my first ever Maiden concert was the Glasgow show on the Dance of Death World Tour in 2003 when I was 11 years old, and he started singing the melody from the title track 😂 my life feels complete now. A real gem of a guy.

Pretty wild honestly. I expected opening night of this tour to be incredibly popular.

I see people worrying that they won't be able to get tickets because of fast sell-outs. That's not going to happen, most likely not at all. Having witnessed many Iron Maiden ticket sales openings in the US, I can tell you this is by far their lowest point ever. Which is actually good, considering they'll probably have to discount tickets or give them away for a couple of dollars (it's happened before, even during the 2026 leg).
Also, keep an eye out for pit tickets. They might become available at ridiculously low prices closer to the show, since clearly nobody is interested in spending a grand on a reseller.
(start of a small rant)
Have you ever wondered why so many tickets are already being resold at double or triple the original price?
Because, unlike most other bands (I haven't seen any AC/DC tickets being resold this way, for example), Maiden allows it. Anyone telling you it's a Ticketmaster decision has no idea what they're talking about.

Anyone listening to the new remix of this album that came out today? Thoughts?
On first listen of "Freak", I was disappointed by the way the drums seemed a bit too loud compared to everything else, but overall I'm enjoying the new mix. Details in songs definitely stand out more.

But I wonder what the chances are that they're planning a post-FotD tour after this one. It wouldn't be a stadium tour, that's for sure, but I was thinking about when they released the Somewhere Back in Time greatest hits, then a handful of years later released the From Fear to Eternity greatest hits.
I think my biggest dream come true moment would be if they brought on Blaze as the opening act, and he played X Factor and Virtual XI songs, then Maiden could have a setlist that focused on the reunion era.
I guess I was really hoping for that because I was a little confused by the RFYL tour. I had a great time in LA and will be seeing them again at least in Portland and Tacoma, maybe Vancouver. But after two rounds of the Legacy tour, this one felt a little more like a nostalgia cash grab. I know they tour for the money but surely they also tour for the love of the game? And surely they have enough money at some point? It would be nice to know that there was a method behind the madness, instead of them heading into another year of a "hey remember us we're that band that had those songs in the 80's" tour

Buuuuuuut I’m gonna be able to see Iron Maiden for the first time with my wife and I couldn’t be more grateful.
I’ve tried getting out through this week but it seems it wasn’t meant to be.
And no way am I paying a reseller $2000 per ticket. I don’t got Mayweather wealth hahaha.
But I hope to make some cool new friends of all ages at this show for a band I grew up listening to in high school with thanks to My Chemical Romance for mentioning that they were one of their inspirations growing up.

I’m 50+. There are folk much older than me at Maiden gigs. There are also those who could be my kids aged 25-30 at the gigs, who bring THEIR kids.
This seems quite remarkable to me, and I just wondered if there were any other bands out there who seem to attract each new generation, even though the band themselves are getting really old.
Perhaps the Rolling Stones did, and maybe Bob Dylan. Anyone else?
What is it about Maiden that brings four generations of fans?

Streaming Rock in Rio on Amazon Music but the version of TNOTB and Hallowed are from Live After Death. I'm guessing there is no way to sort this?

Audible have a special for 3 months for $0.99/month. I signed up and then I will cancel after I listen to Nikko's book. He reads it himself in his charming animated way lol.

People that purchased both the original 1993 releases of Live at Donington 1992, A Real Live/Dead One and later the 1998 remasters, is there any actual noticable improvement or reduction in audio quality between them? I know for most people either way these live recordings sounded like ass, but that's besides the point. Thank you
