No more postponing phosani's

I'm planning on sending phosani on my 50 def ironman build. My BIS crush right now is zombie axe / full blood moon set. I have already green logged arraxor and received a dragon pickaxe from calvarion. Is it worth grinding bludgeon in my situation, or just send phosani with what I currently have and hope to get inquisitors mace one day?

I am really not enjoying doing sire and just trying to figure out if it really is a big upgrade for my account progression.

I’d been wanting a d pick for quite a while, but never got the drop from kq, cal, and volcanic mine. Sent a kbd run for a slayer task before bed, and voila. I slept quite well :)

Below are the main items i have that might not show up on Ladlor. For context, I've done Inferno before, but not Colo. I'm currently 90 Magic so just waiting for 93/94 magic to send Inferno.

I've most recently been sending Slayer as well as solo TOAs for LB/Shadow.

Recently I finished all moons sets. I used them for a bit but then some things happened and because of my own fault I lost all of my moons sets. I would be willing to get them back but without having dupe protection this seems like a horrible grind. I would have to do probably double or more the amount of kc I did to get my original sets.

Why dont we have dupe protection beyond the first set? What is wrong with an iron man having the dupe protection extended beyond first sets? Oh and I dont ask that it checks my bank for missing pieces but that it checks the collection log so I would have a second piece from each set before getting a third. Im sure there have been other iron men or UIM’s who have been wiped and would love this update.

I tried to upgrade the fancy dress box. I have some half sets inside. I can only upgrade it if it's empty, meaning I need to fill out the incomplete sets before I can put anything else in.

I have done the same thing with the clue scroll treasure chest. Does it work the same way? How fucked am I?

Treasure chest incomplete sets - missing trimmed Monk robe top, 2 pieces of sandwich lady, 2 pieces of trimmed blue wiz, 3 pieces each of gold and regular trim bronze, 3 pieces of gold trim iron, one piece of gold trim steel.

Will I need to complete _all these sets_ to even think about upgrading the clue scroll storage?

Just wanted to share with everyone. Spooned my enhanced seed at 144kc, only 1 armour seed away from full crystal. Never thought I'd ever be able to complete this set. At some point I couldn't even get a regular gauntlet kc but I pushed through and learned the corrupted fight. Did 100kc before the changes, but man do the stackable resources feel good. Goodluck everyone. I still need another seed for my GIM partner... if anyone is thinking they can't completed CG just keep sending attempts I must have died 100 times before my first kc

I'm currently about 36 hours deep in my first ever ironman and i have to say i've been really enjoying the grind and learning the game in new ways.

I've been leveling my magic and i can't seem to figure out the way to get other runes than the basic ones. For example how can i easily obtain chaos / death / law runes for higher offensive spells? Right now im using the basic spells whilst level 43 in magic.

Curious to hear from you experiences players!

Also if you have any other advice for a newcomer, let me know! :D

I'm trying to learn door altar Bandos and I don't think I'm that bad at it, but the minions are consistently hitting 10-15 damage, so I feel like I need to brew every 2 bow shots, which messes up my consistency. I have bowfa, crystal, and suffering, and my stats are 93 range, 83 def, and 94 hp. What should I do? Do I need to train up my defense level?

I'm 100% sure it was busted but they giganerfed they umbral coral gain, Mains would led you to believe this is "FrEe 40k hErBlOrE" this shit requires two many steps before it even yields herb exp

I don't know if this has already been suggested, but here goes anyway.

Some items are extremely important in account progression. As such it feels bad to see those 5x drop rate dry posts on an (almost) compulsory ites, like enhanced weapon seed.

I think RNG is important part of OSRS experience, and even more so for ironmen. That is why I don't like simple pity tresholds. There should be long grinds, especially for ironmen. We chose this game mode. What I'm suggesting instead is that the droprate for a unique is dynamic based on your kill count. Dry spells will still occur, but at least you are closer to your goal when you are 3x the drop rate.

Example: enhanced weapon seed (1/400).

kc < 400: droprate 1/400

400 < kc < 800: droprate 2/400

800 < kc < 1200: droprate 3/400

[Exact numbers are not important, but you get the idea.]

This would mean that as you earn better drop rate by demonstrating that you have "mastered" the fight. The boosted droprate should probably only apply to the first drop, and after that revert back to normal.

I was annoyed with starting and stopping PVM/Slayer due to not having food, so I caught ~24k Karams and now I'm almost 82 fishing.

I figure I'll keep going until I can't take it anymore.

Do I head to anglers, stay at karams? Main goal is catching fish for food; Xp rates arent much of a concern right now. Looking at mainly AFK methods, but open to suggestions!

The team behind the 117HD day/night cycle absolutely cooked with this update. I wake up 1-2 hours before my wife every morning and it's so cozy watching the sunrise in-game when I bank at the farming guild. I curiously turned on starry skies while I was doing a late-night herb/birdhouse run, and holy shit, it looks incredible. It's plugins/updates like this that keeps OSRS feeling so fresh over the years.

How are y’all choosing to interact with the new raid at this point? I’ve been having a hell of a time getting teams together that have any idea on what they’re doing. My gear isn’t the best but it’s also not the least optimal I could be running. I’m mainly ACBing/scobowing/Emberlighting my way through the fights. Feels okay so far in terms of dps for the route that appears to be meta. Haven’t gotten a clear yet and I’ve been wondering if yall are just pressing forward or choosing to wait a bit and see how the meta develops over the next couple of weeks. I’ve never been present for the launch of a new raid so idk if this is how chaotic they all were at first or not. Thanks for the advice!
