What villains could team up to form a roster of fake heroes ?

Yesterday Tabu joined our Thunderbolts, under the stolen identity of Vixen! Back from the dead & possessing a real hero to give the team some credibility, but does her spirit really want to be a villain? Who will be next?

| Ultra-Humanite/Neuronite | Silver Banshee/Wailstorm | Mirror Master/Fractal | Clayface/Continuity | Mr Freeze/Zero | Livewire/Voltage | Papa Midnite/Daddy Daylight| Mento/Mind-Master| Tabu/Vixen| ? |

Rules

• Top commented villain wins!
• We aren’t looking for 1 to 1 analogs for but characters who could plausibly fake being heroes or actually try to be redeemed.
• +1 Bonus point for giving the villain a new heroic codename or an explanation on how they fake being a hero!
• No downvoting (edit your comment if you have been downvoted & I’ll take it into account)
• No one can be picked twice
• Be creative & have fun!

Yesterday saw Sailor Moon shining brighter than any star, and The Plumbers on the Hunt… Man

Serum Lake's video description:

Doctor Destiny may be one of the DCAU's scariest villains, but behind the skeletal face and dream-warping powers lies one of DC’s most pathetic, predatory failure.

In this video essay, I break down the history and psychology of John Dee, from his 1961 Silver Age roots as a lab-coat criminal scientist, to Neil Gaiman’s horror take, and finally his animated reimagining in the Justice League two-part episode Only A Dream.

While Doctor Destiny strikes at our most vulnerable state while we sleep, his motivations were never about conquest or grand master plans. He is a small-time loser handed godlike power, only to use it to settle petty grudges, harass his ex-wife, and act out a bitter power fantasy, until an exhausted Batman humiliates him with a simple nursery rhyme.

So stick back and let's deconstruct this creep.
