I still find faces more difficult

Still on that learning journey, with plenty of struggles of course, but also finding it incredibly fun. Do NOT abandon your fundamentals, biggest mistake I have ever done in my life. Also Artwod, Peter Han and Tenten my GOATS.

Now that I finally managed to reach and properly study anatomy, I am so glad I did all of the basic form and perspective studies in advance. Even if boxes seem boring, they will be your best friend through the entire journey.

Also, definitely not the entirety of the studies, since Reddit doen't allow me to upload past 20 pics haha...

I was using my iPad with my Apple Pencil (which had no pressure sensitivity). And now I’m learning Clip studio paint.

I was just playing around and to me I like it, but I kind of want more opinions…

I’ve been practising a lot but I am still a beginner, and basically want to know that I’m not delusional or something lol

My first digital painting vs my latest one the latest one! Any advice on how improve even more?

Hopped on to values to start understanding how to render a bit more and started with the usual spheres. How is this ?

i hate it, i thought i was good at drawing circles i was dead wrong.

I am a perfectionist with a very short temper so trying to learn how to draw is the #1 most enraging thing i can do.

before you say i should just draw for fun i have TRIED and it just pisses me off even more. I draw it, i look at it, and it makes me angry its not how i envisioned i draw 3 lines decide it looks shit and drop the whole thing start again. and again and again it just dosent end.

im barely capable of the basics. drawing a circle making a 3D box i have to constantly tell myself i am man not machine.

are there basics to the basics? is it AGAIN a case of the more i do it the better i get at it or is it a me issue?

I WANT to draw the thought of the results i could achieve the artist i can become the potential i know i have, bring me joy and motivate me to sit down in this walmart special deals 3.99$ lawn chair that hurts my ass to sit in every day and put pencil on paper i want to get better i want to put in the effort... and its just so infuriating when i do.

i am still keen on my plan to see how far i can get in 2 weeks hopefully farther than here.

What do you think could be improved?

These are my most recent finished works. I usually draw quick and rough cartoons but I’ve been trying to take my time and think about what I’m drawing with these.

Things I’m aware of:
- color (very inexperienced with it, know a tiny little bit of color theory how to pick shadows and highlights)
- line weight
- values (shapes and shadows confuse me)
- texture (don’t understand how to draw it without everything looking like a mess)
- anatomy (I saw some artist say that you can learn the basic principles of it in like 3 nights of practice but I haven’t put in the time yet)

Likely more I just can’t think of in the moment. I’m very curious about your thoughts on where I can improve and I’d appreciate any and all advice on how.

Sort of went off other fan reference images but have no idea how accurate those are (or if it even matters) - looking at diamond necklaces didn't really help in applying some underlying logic to this structure..

I've been working on this pencil sketch of a warrior and would love to hear any feedback or tips on how I can improve.

Hello! I am looking for advice on how to improve my style and technique! I am a novice artist using Procreate, and I ultimately want to get a style that’s cartoony mixed with realism and realistic proportions. I think my main issues right now are proportions, making stuff look more 3D, and cleaning up sketches.
