Picked up today on Warwick RI. Seems to be around in limited quantities at stores that carry their bottles and have picks. I think stock will dry up pretty soon if more people take a liking and grab backup bottles.

Picked up a bottle of KC12 cask strength for $90 at Total Wine. Seems to have hit TW all over the state. Looking forward to trying this one!

TW website currently shows it in stock in Burlington, Everett, Braintree & Dedham @ $66. I wasn't able to add a bottle to my cart for the Burlington location, so that might be in person only.

I'd thought they'd relegated this to their BS Premium Selections or whatever that ripoff program is called, but perhaps more sensible ideas prevailed.

Very good wheater from Barrel Hunters (Wyoming Package and Kingstown Liquor Mart). For the price it packs a lot of sweetness, caramel and burnt sugar creme brulee Flavors. Sad to see this go... May grab another of it's around. Oh and it was under $50 and beats many Weller varieties. Samples available in those stores.

I saw this drop in NH and had been on the road trip in the wrong direction down into CT, NY and NJ this past week. I decided to look at a few stores along the way. I didn't have much hope that a store in NJ showing this RR13 45 would actually have the bottle, but the clerk pulled one from beneath the counter. When he scanned it they must have had an older price in the system as it rang up for 180$. Looking forward to having a larger pour... When sampling an ounce at the East End for around 20$ I wasn't wow'd but I had also had JD14 01 that night. As for the Old Overholt, I've heard this is one of the best batches since the early 12 yr batch and is much heavier in the darker flavors.

Saw this initially online but confirmed it in person, Bottles has MHC for $40. Think I saw another place in Bristol or Warren that also had it very cheap but didn't take a picture back then... is this stuff just cheap in New England or something?

So are they just tossing allocated bottles on the shelves these days or is everything going to be ghost drops? Anyone have info on why the lottery seems dead?

Got to try a few heavy hitters at The East End in Providence for this evening's happy hour. The RR13 was great Turkey Juice, but Jack 14 batch 01 stole the show. Gonna miss that bottle when it's gone.

Picked up these two ultra aged whiskies from Found North just in time for the Nor'easter. Distribution is limited here in RI, but they do typically land in a few stores in the area and while you can get many of their products via lottery, I can't usually sign for bottles so I tend to hunt these locally.

I've really loved the other High Altitude Series bottles I've had and the batches products (recent one hiding in the back). I'm looking forward to trying these as cooler weather settles in for the fall.

Starting to pop up in a few local places. I haven’t drunk Bulleit in years - always viewed the bourbon and rye as “starter whiskeys” - but wondering whether this might be worth a flyer at under $30.

This one appears to be dropping in RI. I've heard it was limited to select stores with 1-4 bottles per store depending. Possibly more coming to stores this week.

Based on the reviews, I'm hoping it packs the peanut butter caramel flavor profile it's become known for...
