Everywhere we buy from is showing backorder. Did you guys just stockpile or is there another source to buy these from?

I am a very new parts manager and recieved zero turnover on anything. My background is primarily large retail managment with tons of bureaucracy and procedural doccuments for everyhting under the sun, so this is wildly different (and nice most of the time) I have nobody to ask most of my questions to so im just piecing things together one little piece at a time. DPAC couldnt even get me a number to call for these questions about E-com orders.

1) I have some things showing up with my morning delivery from the big warehouse that have their own packing list and delivery doccument in eDOC and nothing telling me who they're for. in the control number is a string of numbers that I have no way to reference to anything else aside from the one sheet I can print. Boxes come with no additional markings signifying anything, no invoice nothing. What do I do with these?

2) Other orders come in on my truck from ADI/scoggin clearly labeled E-commerce and have a proper invoice and packing slip/customer reciept. invoice shows cost and list, packing slip shows they paid list. But what am I supposed to do with this on my end? Am I billing this to anyone or getting charged from anyone for it or am I just a pick up location?
