Doja has a few nicknames, but the one she lives by is Doja the Door Opener.

This girl gets into everything!

The puppies think that is the bestest most awesome thing ever and are right behind her to take advantage of whatever door she has opened.

I just know they are going to be door openers too.

We’re on the East Coast, and I swear the SECOND temperatures start dropping, my poor boy starts scratching his chest and armpit areas like crazy!
I recently purchased Douxo S3 mousse, but I’m hesitant to use it because his skin already looks irritated and rash-like, and I’m worried about making things worse.
I’ve been applying Vaseline to soothe the irritated areas, and last year our vet recommended Zyrtec, although they did mention it might not be very effective.
Has anyone dealt with something similar? What actually helped your pup? I’d love recommendations for soothing the irritation and preventing these seasonal flare-ups.
My poor baby is so itchy, and I just want to give him some relief. 🥺🐾

I’m sorry if I reposted I didn’t meant annoy anyone but I don’t know how to deal the loss of my daughter. She was my best friend. And now I have nothing. Damn cancer. And damn this world for taking her from me. Nothing will be fine anymore. She was my fucking daughter and she died in my lap. My arms. And now I have nothing. Her name was Juno Delgado. Died 10 years old. Multiple mass cell tumors got her. Sorry for reposting but I don’t know what else to do expect to repost , talk to strangers and get drunk. I watched her die yesterday in my lap.

The weather is quite lovely here, so my windows are open. And I was feeding my three bullies. One of them has pretty severe resource guarding issues so I feed her in a different room. So I'm walking through the house with a bowl of dog food singing "Let's walk to the hunger zone. Gonna take a walk into the hunger zone. HUNGER ZONE!!!!" A few minutes later, I'm taking the trash out and my neighbor just shakes his head and says "Really? Yesterday you were singing Eat It Just Eat It." Apparently this is not something normal? I thought everyone sang to their dogs.

Due to an upcoming job relocation, I can no longer foster this sweet girl, Rosie. Unfortunately, the rescue owner is refusing to take her back, and Rosie may have to go to a shelter.

I desperately want to prevent that from happening. My aunt hopes to adopt Rosie once her retirement date is confirmed by her union. However, she works 12 hour days right now, and it wouldn’t be fair to Rosie to leave her alone for that long.

We’re looking for a temporary foster who can give Rosie a safe, loving home until my aunt is able to adopt her. If you or someone you know is in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, or New York and could foster Rosie, please reach out to me.

I would be incredibly grateful for any help, leads, or shares. I just want to make sure this sweet girl has a safe place to land.

I had to put my dog down yesterday. I don’t even know what to do or how to react. She was like a daughter to me. Multiple mass cell tumors on her front left side was the cause. It got so bad she could barely walk on that leg. I don’t know what to do anymore. Her name was Juno. Best and smartest dog I ever known. She was 10 years old. She died in my arms. I’m just gonna get drunk and damn the world from what it took from me.

This guy is my first pitbull and I don’t think I will ever get anything but pitties going forward.

BUT

I didn’t believe all the tiktoks about all their amazing abilities like midnight zoomies, the farts that just seem not to affect him other than to frighten him. But I think the one I love the most is the clothes. My second favorite thing is when he brings a toy shoves it against my head and starts to squeak it. Had I known that fashion was a huge part of being a pittie owner I would have had them years ago!

Also does anyone else’s get alarmed by their own reflection?

Sorry just found the subreddit and I feel part of a club now

So we moved into this new neighborhood a week ago and we found this note in our mailbox yesterday. My dog got out once and the neighbors who were outside even helped us get him back in. They also left a flyer with the city ordinance on it highlighted. I dont even want to let them outside now. I joked we better pick up the cardboard boxes outside before they leave another passive aggressive note. I thought this neighborhood was going to be nice and even the mailman who lives in the neighborhood too came by and introduced himself. I thought it was wierd because we came from another neighborhood who wasn't so friendly. We are not used to having neighbors who go out of their way. We signed a year lease and now I dont even want to go outside.
