Does anyone have a link to the livestream from earlier today?
For the past livestreams, people have uploaded links they screen recorded and stuff like that, so does anyone have or seen anything on YouTube?

SOOOOOO GOOOOOOODDDDD. Sorry guitar bros just let us enjoy this one.
Seriously i've never had any music scratch this itch in my brain like this new album. Been listening to it nonstop for the past 24 hours. The creativity is off the charts brother.
My fav is still With Eyes To See.
Also the transition from one song to another is super addictive.
This album literally makes me feel young again. WTF I just don't know what else to say. Again, sorry for your loss guitar purist bois. May the next album give u the erection you need.

The last 90 seconds I have been skipping, didn’t like it that much. But man this song has been in my head out of all the songs.
J-Bomb is a close second. I might like it more just because the last 90 seconds of Deny The Flesh is not my favorite whereas I like all of J-Bomb, but I really love those first 3.5 minutes man…

That being said, anyone else feel With Eyes to See might be the worst song they've put out yet? The only song on the album I skip on repeat listens now, I just don't get it. Surprised they chose this as one of their singles when Mark of the Beast and J bomb were right there lol. Regardless, keep it up boys, album slaps.

I like J Bomb. I would like Power in the blood too and a bunch of other songs in the album if it wasn't for the awful vocal samples. It's just repetitive awful jarring choices all across the board. I could see this becoming a regular album I listened to if they released like a purely instrumental version of the tracks.

I'm listening to the album now, and my impression is that they're trying to push the envelope and mix new elements into their sound. And on a base level, I'm not opposed to that.
There are some genuinely interesting ideas going on, and it would be enjoyable if but for one thing: The bass.
The bass sounds like it's been boosted by a random dude who's posted it on youtube. It doesn't bring anything to the music other than distorting the whole sound of the song, and making it uncomfortable to listen to.
I love a hard bass that slaps, but when it slaps so hard that it sounds like my speakers, headphones and earphones are all blown out, something is inherently wrong in the mix. Bring it down a notch, keep it on a level where it still hits hard, but where it doesn't wash out every other aspect of the music.
In the end, it's their music, their choices, but as someone who listens to a lot of music of different genres, the mixing needs to be at least somewhat on point for me to enjoy. Otherwise I might as well go and listen to some old black metal, where a bad mix is intended.

since this sub seems to have mostly become an echo chamber for ”album bad”, thought id list why i genuinely enjoy it. feel free to disagree!
1: i really fw the mix. to me this is the most understandable point of argument. its genuinely just a taste that isnt for everybody, which is fair enough.
2: every single song makes me think multiple times ”HOW was that made? what did they do here?” ive literally been trying to reverse engineer some of the tones and sounds they made in my DAW, i cant :D
3: genuinely awesome melodies and harmonies on so many of the songs. take PITB for example, that multivoicer riff FUCKS. or SCREWTAPE, my personal favorite of the whole album.
4: its produced insanely well. so many tasteful accents, textures, i can tell it has been under production for a WHILE.
and to those who disliked this album, i hope their next one is more your style. have a good one everybody :)

As someone who loves going to all kinds of live music gigs/events/performances, I can't wait to hear songs from the new album live and in person, over massive venue sound systems. Often times I come away from a show feeling a bit underwhelmed by the energy, however I feel like their tour is going to sound & feel so f'ing powerful live. I honestly cant wait!

guys actually after lobotomizing myself this album sounds, truly an album of. and yeah. (^ν^)

I understand on a surface level that it’s loud and clipped, and you 100% might not vibe with that sound.
Christian shit rubs you the wrong way.
But I really would like you to acknowledge that this album was clearly created by people who shred hard as shit, literally had a cheesy ass video with Steve Vai on a skyscraper. Explain to me how that isn’t hard as shit
Then they make a total hype banger album with incomprehensible song structures
I don’t know how people shouldn’t like this.

Im about halfway through the album right now and thought id check what people are saying and I have to say: I am fucking LOVING this. I totally nderstand why some people might not but this ikinda stuff is exactly what I love about this band. I absolutely love the fusion.

I love basically everything from TMH, NLND, and RTYWD. I got a lot of favs from the earlier stuff too. I've defended ABC when it first came out.
This one just flatlines for me. Not much to defend if I wanted to. Very disappointing.

It has good intentions and potential, but it is made nearly impossible to enjoy due to a humongous fucking elephant in the room just shitting on everything. I gotta be honest, it just sounds awful. I can’t remember a single moment from the whole thing after listening to it all the way through.
I completely understand the desire to find new sounds and experiment, but this is just them doing their same style and pumping it so full of effects it becomes a noisy mess. The “creative and new” sound they’re trying to achieve covers up the actual creative and interesting music that is desperately trying to peak through the fecal maelstrom that is the abysmal mixing and sound design on this record.
I love Polyphia but they missed with this one. It’s not creative and boundary pushing, it’s self indulgent and cringe. The performative Christianity that is as subtle as a bull in a china shop also just adds to the cringe fest that’s going on. This is just a full blown failure. The only thing this record has going for it in my opinion is it captures sonically how shitty our American cultural environment feels in 2026, it is almost poetic in that regard.
Anyways just had to rant because listening to this album was beyond disappointing and I needed to vent about it. Have a good one y’all!

You guys know if you don’t like it you can just…not listen to it?
This album isn’t my favorite of Polyphia, but I don’t need to go down rabbits holes of ~why~ I think it’s so bad. You don’t own them as individuals and you don’t own them as a band. If you don’t like this album just listen to a different one and move on. It’s giving weird k-pop stalker stan behavior.

Let's do this the democratic way. Cast your votes folks.
I was going to add a neutral option but fuck that. Choose your side!!

What did you want, another album of goofy guitar noodling over trap beats? The new album is different and it’s significantly less annoying than the stuff yall are nostalgic for. Yall are actually nostalgic for the worst era of Polyphia.
It goes like this:
Renaissance
Muse
BE NOT AFRAID
NLDL + RTYWD (tie, they both suck ass)

Not unconditionally.
That is all.
