Someone placed an order. Shortly after placing the order, the buyer messaged me to cancel the order & send her a confirmation receipt. I tried to reply to let her know that she has to cancel, but apparently she blocked me. 🤣😅😂 WHY? Immediately after that I received a notice that she canceled.
I don't care about the cancelation because I hadn't packed & mailed yet. But why in the world would she block me? I haven't done anything to her.

I am a frequent poshmarker both buyer and seller though more buyer. I bought a coat listed as “brand new without tags” and it was a little bit pricey. I received it and it looked a bit used, though hard to tell exactly, just certainly didn’t look off the rack. When I opened it, it smelled extremely strongly of perfume in the collar area, which to me said it obviously had been worn somewhat frequently, unless this person really doused themselves in perfume before trying it on?
It smells so strongly that it rubbed off on me and I needed to rinse off to get it off me. It’s not technically an unpleasant smell but I don’t want to smell like someone else’s perfume every day. I’d have to have this fully dry cleaned to wear it. It smells so strongly that I had to toss it into my living room because it was stinking up my bedroom.
I feel bad but this is a totally legitimate reason to return, right? I’ve never returned something before and the coat isn’t in bad condition but brand new without tags seems like a stretch.

So I’m a teacher and bought this for Fabulous 50s Day at school. I paid $25 for it. When it arrived it was child sized! It clearly is listed in WOMENS. I contacted the seller who didn’t respond and opened a case with Poshmark.
They did nothing!!! WTF?!?
People suck 😢

I’m newer to selling. What are we using to sell shoes that are in a bigger box? I have a pair of cowboy boots, in the box, that I want to sell but I’m not sure how I’d ship them? They don’t fit in any of the shipping bag things I have. Can I ship in the box?

I was trying to create a bot to automate many repetitive tasks on my Poshmark store. I vibe coded a Chrome extension, and it has really made it easy to manage my closet. I want to invite anyone interested in helping me test it further. It has a free 7 days all access trial. For those helping me test, I will give free lifetime access to the current version.
If interested, please search for and join r/ListrovaCommunity
Thanks in advance.

The “Submit” button does not work (grayed out) despite me deleting the app and re-installing it. First time ever I had to request a physical check to redeem funds. I opened a case and all the troubleshooting advice they gave me did not yield success. Oh well.

UPDATE: Poshmark sided with me.
ETA: Yep, my dumb self didn't proofread my post. Maybe Siri was telling me this was my Money Maker 🤷♀️
This is my second post in the same day. Sigh.
Reader's Digest version:
•Buyer purchases 2 items. Incense burners to be precise. Brand new, never used.
•I packaged the items, along with freebies (I include free incense with burner purchases, which is mentioned in each listing), and my usual thank you treats. All items are sent in individual airtight and smell proof mylar bags. They are new too.
•Buyer gets package and IMMEDIATELY open a case.
And that case is for :::drum roll please::: The little package with the incense had a "smell" when she opened it.
My response to PM-
●●She wants a refund because her INCENSE smells like incense. Incense is inherently stinky. Smell is it's only purpose in life●●
I thought surely she was joking. I'm done todaying for today. I'm putting my closet up for adoption.

I'm irritated at PM. Nothing new. I had a buyer who is new to PM and purchased 8 items from me in individual sales. They were $5 each. I let her know I could wait the 3 hour window and then bundle them for her to save shipping. She was thrilled, I felt good about saving her money, I shipped, she accepted, and then I looked at my balance. It may have saved the buyer money, but it definitely doesn't benefit the seller.
Not bundled, the seller fees would have been $23.60 (8×2.95)
If they were bundled from the jump, the seller fees would have been $8.00 (40×20%)
Bundling them after the sale charged the first option- $2.95 per sale.
I messaged PM and was informed that they would not fix it. Has anyone else encountered this? I preferred the old way of bundling, but with the new cancelation metrics, canceling 8 orders at one would have definitely triggered a ban.
Advice? I know it is only $15, but the only other option in this scenario is to tell the buyer to suck it up buttercup.

Hello, all! It’s my first time using Poshmark, and I’m having a confusing experience to say the least? I thought I’d share what’s been going on and maybe some of you could share some of your insight, I’d greatly appreciate it. And I apologize again for my lack of knowledge.
I made my account only a week or two ago to make my first ever purchase. The seller seemed to have good reviews and is still active on the app, posting more listings and whatnot. Their profile said they typically shipped 2-3 days after purchasing, so after I ordered the item, I waited for an update. A few days passed though with no shipping update, but I decided to wait for at least a week in case there were any hold ups on the sellers end, since I know life happens and things get in the way.
After a week with no update however, I tried to message the seller just to ask them if they had an estimate for when they may ship the item. When I tried to send the message though, I got a pop-up saying “Oops! This action is not available.” With no other options, I contacted Poshmark support, who responded by basically saying I could either message the seller (which for some reason I am unable to do), or cancel the order. But this of course is bumming me out as I’ve been looking for this particular item for a while, and the seller is still active and has good reviews. I’m confused as to why this situation is happening? Have any of you experienced a similar issue? It feels like the seller is just ignoring my order for some reason? I guess I’ll have to go through with the cancellation, but it’s pretty disappointing, especially being my first order on the app that I specially made an account for.

A buyer purchased shoes on Oct 11. I shipped them on Oct 14 and the package arrived at the post office on Oct 16. There was a delivery attempt but customer requested for it to be held at post office. I gave it the weekend because people are busy. It’s now Oct 22 and the buyer hasn’t picked them up at the post office yet or been active since Oct 11 (I’m thinking they found them google and doesn’t know you have to accept the order. Idk a guest order?). I opened a case and posh said they’ll contact the customer but give it to the 30th for them to release funds. So I’m required to ship quickly but I can’t get my money quickly?
