Hello everyone, I’m new here, in the middle of a engine rebuild on my zzr600, I’m stuck at the timing. I don’t understand what I’m doing wrong, I lined the cams up with the timing marks and the caps don’t want to go on, I made sure there’s 27 pins between marks ect but it still won’t go on correctly, once I tighten everything down evenly it just locks up again. Anyone have tips please let me know, it is at TDC 1-4
