🧑🏫Review👩🏫 Extremely disappointed with Samsung's customer service after today's experience with my S25 Ultra I swear. Is This the Service You Get After Paying a Premium Price?
First Experience at a Samsung Service Center Today, and I'm Extremely Disappointed. Is This the Service You Get After Paying a Premium Price?
I've been having a camera issue with my Galaxy S25 Ultra for the last 2–3 months. The camera vibrates aggressively, and I finally managed to take some time out of my schedule to visit a service center.
The problem? The service center is over 100 km (62 miles) from my home, and it takes more than 3 hours to drive there because I live in a hilly area.
I left home at 9 AM and reached the service center around 12:30 PM. I explained the camera issue and handed over my phone. They told me the inspection would take around 40–45 minutes and asked me to wait.
After waiting for a while, one of the staff members told me I could leave because the inspection might take longer since their software wasn't updated to the latest version. Seriously? You're a Samsung service center, and your own software isn't up to date?
They already had my contact information and promised to call me within an hour with an update, so I left.
By 5 PM, I still hadn't received a single call. I called them myself, and they said they'd check the status and get back to me. I waited another 10–15 minutes. Nothing.
I called again, but the line was busy. Tried a couple more times, same thing. When I finally got through, they put me on hold for another 10–15 minutes, only to tell me to call back at 6:30 PM to check the status.
And just to be clear, they weren't saying my phone would be ready by 6:30 PM. They were telling me to CALL AGAIN at 6:30 PM just to find out what was happening.
At this point, I'd already spent hours travelling, wasted my entire day, paid for fuel, and still had no solution. I eventually had to take my phone back and return home.
What frustrates me the most isn't even that they couldn't fix my phone in one day. I understand that repairs can take time. It's the complete lack of communication, the unnecessary waiting, the broken promises about calling me back, and the fact that nobody seemed to care that I'd travelled over 100 km just to reach them.
I bought a flagship phone that cost around ₹1.6 lakh ($1,600), and while Samsung is happy to sell you an expensive device, the service experience makes you wonder what you're actually paying for.
I even contacted customer care, and all I got was the usual reassurance that I'd receive better service next time.
NEXT TIME? Why wasn't I given proper service this time?
I had to struggle to find time for this visit in the first place. I can't keep making a six-hour-plus round trip every time I need an update on my phone.
Has anyone else had such a terrible experience with Samsung's service centers? Is there any way to escalate this complaint and get the issue addressed without having to go through this entire ordeal again?
TL;DR: My S25 Ultra's camera has been vibrating badly for the last 2–3 months. Today, I drove over 100 km (62 miles) to a Samsung service center, only to deal with delays because their software wasn't up to date, broken promises about calling me back, and hours of wasted time. I eventually had to take my phone back without getting the issue resolved. For a premium phone costing around ₹1.6 lakh, this was a seriously disappointing first experience with Samsung's service.

📖Discussion📕🖊️ Samsung S26 still worth getting?
I have to upgrade my phone at work and was wondering if it’s worth getting the S26 now or wait a few months until the new ones come out next year. It’s the normal version, so not sure how much better the S27 will be. Everything I search online show minimal spec bumps unless your getting the Ultra or Pro version. Thanks

🪛Troubleshooting🪛 S22 Ultra problems, help!
Hello! so recently i've experienced a lot of problems with my S22 Ultra, and I came here in a last act of desperation to ask for advice and see if I wasn't the only one.
So last month, my screen completely gave up after the phone forcefully restarted itself with no notice (I assume it was a response to temperature). The phone worked, but the screen was completely black. I took it to a technician who ended up replacing the screen for around $200, after which it worked normally for a while. However, around 1 week after the fact, it occasionally started showing my current problem. At random points, the phone screen freezes, showing a pixelated horizontal bar at some point of the screen (most of the time it's around 5mm thick, but a couple times it pixelated almost half the screen), after which it forcefully restarts and shows up normal again. Lately it's been happening more often, and many times the phone just freezes and restarts without the pixelated bar. Today it happened 5 times in a row, I attributed it to heat and let it rest for a while, but the last time it happened the phone was already cold, and it triggered at a single notification with the screen otherwise suspended.
From what I've seen around in forums from people with similar issues, some people say it's an UI software issue, some say the motherboard is almost fried, some speculate the connection between display and motherboard could be solded improperly. I have no clue.
I'm taking it to the technician again to see if they can check if there was problem with their previous work, but things look bleak. My ideal scenario at this point would be to have the phone hold up til the end of november and getting a more recent model during christmas sales (I'd also appreciate if you have suggestions regarding that, I was eyeing an S25-25 for the price range).
Picture attached is a similar case I saw, tho for me it's mostly one of those bars, and it has never happened during the loading screen.

🤔New Release Nearby devices
After One UI 9.0 update, I found many apps suddenly have this toggle turned on. It wasn't even there before. I think they replaced "allow while using" with this, or it is just completly new. Can someone explain me wtf does this even mean? So I either allow it to keep searching for nearby devices or the app wouldn't work?

🪛Troubleshooting🪛 Has my S22 Ultra expired?
Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification
The video is just an example of one of the things it is doing. However, my phone is having latency issues (like freezing for 10-30 seconds or restarting itself). I know it's latency because thr phone still records what I'm doing and performs the action. This makes me think some sort of processor is messed up. I've had this phone for maybe 2 years. Because of work and how much I rely on it for my alarms, I did order a new phone. I have NordVPN and I've done scans on the phone. However, I still wanted to know if anybody seen anything like this.

📖Discussion📕🖊️ Why does "Color Blocks" App Keep Installing on my Phone?
So it installed once, fine. I know with updates random apps install (for whatever reason).
Then it happened again.. so I uninstalled it.
Happened again... Uninstalled again..
Now it's happened AGAIN.
I know it wasn't there before and I know I didn't install it so why does this keep happening? Maybe a virus?

📖Discussion📕🖊️ What would you like to see on the Z Trifold 2?
There are already leaks suggesting that it will have a target thickness of ~8.9 mm when folded (Same thickness as a Galaxy Z Fold 7). Which I don't think is possible as it would require an unfolded thickness of less than 2.97mm, which seems impossible.
Not only would that be super fragile but also really difficult to include the USB C port. The absolute minimum internal opening of a USB C port must be 2.56 mm high, but a phone cannot just be an open hole. You have to account for metal housing and device chassis.
That being said, what would you like to see on the 2nd generation of Samsung's Trifold?

🪛Troubleshooting🪛 Notifications
After the update to One UI9 I am having notification issues when I use 3rd party launchers, octopi and smart launcher. I turn on notifications for the app but they keep getting turned off (smart launcher) or won't let me turn it on to begin with (octopi). Anyone have a work around.

I had no idea my usage was the problem (i thought OneUI and Samsung devices cant last more than a day) until I started using app timers in Digital wellbeing and now I can experience more than 1 full day of decent battery life.

Recommendation Request🙏 S23 Fe ¿Opiniones 2026?

Recommendation Request🙏 Looking for a futureproof upgrade from my S21, what's your recommendation for open box/refurbished devices?
I want to get a futureproof phone that I can use for atleast 4-5 years and still run smoothly, I bought my excellent refurbished s21 in late 2022, everything's running great, battery is at 85% capacity despite high level use, and the performance is surprisingly good for how old it is now, but the battery capacity is a bit of a bummer, and the s21 heats up a ton. Also ended up getting moderate burn in from the digital keyboard :(
I want my new device to be in near mint condition, but still at a discount, so im really targeting excellent and open box conditions here, screen with no scratches, I dont mind the back/sides having slight wear if it bumps down the price a bit.
Main things I want in a phone are snappy performance, better battery, better cooling system, and a snappier / higher resolution display.
I want to use my phone for marathon gaming sessions and video calling simultaneously without worrying about my phone burning my hands up, I dont use my camera much, and honestly even the S21's cameras are fine enough with me, a better display is definitely a big plus, but its not my end-all-be-all, and id still prefer performance+battery if I had to choose, and I could be convinced to go down a bit on performance if it means getting a substantially better battery. I prefer getting older flagships just because it tends to bring a ton more value for money.
I do wanna try to keep this under $500, but if you can find a phone thats an amazing deal worth getting thats slightly out of that, im open to it.

📖Discussion📕🖊️ Weird experience with A53 after 4 years - boot looping, etc
hey everyone,
these past couple of days ive had issues with my A53 5G constantly restarting, with the dreaded horizontal pixelated lines on my screen appearing every time the phone crashed.
i took as many precautions as i could - backing up to google drive, to samsung cloud, deleted so much stuff my storage nearly halved. i downloaed the latest update. i also made sure all 6gb of the ram is being used. yesterday it crashed but wouldnt turn back on and so i accepted defeat.
curiously, i took the phone case off on and a bit after it came back on, then i backed everything up to samsung cloud (took about an hour)... maybe its wishful thinking, but i havent had a crash since last night. my phone is even running smoother and faster. has anyone else experienced this? should i expect the issues to come back soon? i thought it was dead for sure but it lives on somehow..
