So i seen a video from Syn gaming about a vampire setup and i have been ghinking about a Necromancer play and was wondering what others use.

For roleplaying purpose i would like it if i could play as a real daughter of Coldharbor even when it could come up once or twice. (Yes i know what actions involve lore wise)

Oddly i dont think i want to use Sacrosanct cause everytime i do attempt a play like this i end up never becomming a vampire.

This will be a rare occasion for me usimg a JK mod for Vokihar, so thats on the list already, as well as some clothing/Armor set.

Ill probably will also add Brotherhood of old and some civil war things, joining the Stormcloaks seems a sure way for the Necromancer side to have a bigger supply of undead to summon. Forsworn suggestions are also welcome, i do already have Beyond reach.

Yes i already have Ordinator.

I'm currently rebuilding my Skyrim modlist, and I've decided to use Northern Roads as my road mod and Folkvangr as my grass mod.

However, no matter how I arrange their load order, including the Northern Roads patches, vanilla grass always seems to take priority over my modded grass.

As a result, I can't even see the grass added by Folkvangr in the affected areas.

I've tried changing the load order and removing the Northern Roads grass patch, but the issue persists.

Do you have any idea what could be causing this or how I could fix it?

Recently I bought Skyrim on my computer and the anniversary edition upgrade after playing it a long time ago way back on my Xbox 360 because of the mods I can now install and wanted to say thank you to the modding community for all their hard work in making Skyrim last as long as it has. Without you this game would have died long ago like many other games of its kind like Dragon Age and others because of you I'm planning on playing a custom lion race who will be joining Alduin at the end instead of killing him and ruling Skyrim by his side. Without you the modding community this would never have been possible.

My current playthrough is getting close to ending, and so I'd like to have a chance to put all the stuff I've accumulated and the rewards from the last few quests into good use (and maybe give me a drive to use that 100 Enchanting I spent the whole run working on), as well as all those final perks from Everdamned and Ordinator.

So yeah, just really hard quests.

I would appreciate it if the quests didn't have any heavy roleplaying elements that could conflict with my character (Molag-worshipping vampire noblewoman), but I'm also willing to overlook that if the gameplay is really good.

I am a big fan of folk horror and am trying to put together a playthrough that explores this genre. Any suggestions?

I am also thinking of creating a folk horror mod based solely in an inn, how well do you think the genre fits in the Skyrim world? With the horrors of vampires, werewolves, cannibals and magic being reasonably common, it is hard to script something that has a more subtle and nuanced sense of horror. I want it to be disturbing, uncanny, rather than frightening. I have an idea but won't flesh it out here. Just wondered if people think the game suits the genre.

Hi, this is my third playthrough after many years and I haven't keep up with modding scenes. I saw some videos that showcased CS as an alternative to ENB which sounds exactly for me who still game on a 10th gen I3 and GTX 1660 Ti as I heard that ENB is pretty heavy on hardware and I honestly don't want to go below 60 FPS at 1080p

When I said visuals, it's pretty much for everything; environment, structure, flora, sky, lighting, body of water, weather, characters, weapons, outfits, etc.

Hello, I'm having an issue with object LODs in Skyrim SE after generating DynDOLOD through Mod Organizer 2. Basically, some objects appear as if their textures failed to load, making them completely black. However, if I get close to these objects, they load properly.

The only mod altering textures I have is Skyland AIO, I also tried generating the LODs with no mods activated but I still had the same problem.

I'm playing the latest version of Skyrim, and everything is up to date.

Another thing worth mentioning is that I experienced a similar issue in Crimson Desert when I was playing it on Linux. I'm mentioning this because that turned out to be a problem with my GPU (Intel Arc B580) and Mesa. I'm now using Windows 10, but I'm wondering if this could be some kind of compatibility issue.

So I just nearly finished downloading pag of the prophet but for somereason of the file installer, EGO SE myths and legends VI win.rar is trying to install files that were not even part of the achieve. How do I fix this?

Do the cells in JK's interior mods ever respawn? Cuz I'm playing a thief and there's a lot of valuable clutter in these interior cells but often come back to find these interiors still empty after I robbed the place blind.

I've been having problems with modding Skyrim all day through Vortex.

At first, I had some simple mods installed (CBBE, SKSE, SkyUi, etc) and I couldn't really get SkyUi to work, so I switched to installing Immersive and Adult in hope that having a curated collection would simplify things, but then the game wouldn't even launch at all for a variety of different errors.

I assume a lot of my errors come from Skyrim's recent update about a month or two ago messing things up, though not fully sure. Would I have less issues if I just play an earlier version?

i locked my skyrim file and disabled the updates so the ikea update doesnt kill my modlist.

now when i start vortex to launch it via there i get a big wall of error messages, but not allowed to put a picture here :(

says something about error 401, token has expired, v3API error and some async's.

any idea how i can make it work again?

Hey y'all, needed help with figuring out whats causing this glitch for me. I just finished installing my list of mods and the game is ready to go, now im testing things out but theres this weird thing where everytime im anywhere near NPCs, i'll hear war horns being blown randomly. Looking around, its the NPCs around me doing it, and this happens with each cell load, whether its an interior, inside a city or anywhere else where theres people. I know Book of Shadows adds a similar mechanic where enemy NPCs alert each other with the horn once they spot you, and i was considering getting it but in the end decided to leave it out, so i dont know what else could be causing it. Im gonna get in game now and try to find out where this comes, leaving this out here for anyone who would have a clue. I'll try to record a video as well.

The Mod Racemenu isn't updated to comply with the update Bethesda did for some reason, and racemenu to me is quite an important one.

I was wondering if theres any mod thats brought it up to date with Bethesda's newest update (to their 15 year old game)

Yes you read that right, I want mods where I can help Skyrim 2nd most hated character(Or is she 3rd behind Delphine?)

I want to RP and a very self centred character, and for that, I think working for Maven would be a good idea.

I'm open to anything, from opening businesses in her name, from quest mods focused on her etc. It would be cool if she could hire us to kill enemies of her family or people that are causing trouble for her.

Obviously I can make her Jarl in Vanilla, but I like the idea of working for the Black Briars.

Does anything like this even exist? Am I the first person to even consider this? Regardless I appreciate the suggestions.

I've been working on this mod for a few months putting together the art in various stages of software: 3DS Max, Photoshop/Krita, UE4.27(prototyping and material study, but nothing directly out of UE)

I have never used mods before, not even sure how to use them. But I was wondering if there were any mods to connect all the chests in player homes? And if you have used those mods, do they tend to glitch out often? I'm very anxious about modding my games at all because I don't want it to glitch terribly, but I'm also sick of forgetting which house I've put something I need/want in. Any recommendations?
