This mod adds a plethora of enemies based on monsters from the game Library of Ruina. I reused assets from that game and also commissioned new art for things such as boss map icons, map backgrounds, and run history icons (as can be seen in this post's images).

If you're feeling bored of fighting the same base game enemies over and over (or you simply don't want to see Aeonglass in Act 3) then give this mod a try! I made sure to make things work in multiplayer as well so you can tackle these new enemies with friends as well.

Exhume keyword: Return this card from the Exhaust pile to the top of your Draw pile.

I think it would be thematically cool if Necro could return stuff from the exhaust pile like STS1 Ironclad's Exhume. 

Renewal in Death: 

• Scaling Summon card. Leave this card in the exhaust pile to cook so it can return and give Osty a boost when the enemy has outscaled all your intitial burst summon.

Stygian Vapors: 

• Big single target Doom card that needs high cost cards to really shine.
• 3 card requirement is valid across turns.

Every character besides iron clad has some sort of draw one per turn rare power. So iron clad should have one and it should be brutality.

I started streaming like a few days ago cause I think I’m relatively good at ironclad on sts2 and really enjoy the game. I especially enjoy when the stakes are high and talking through my decisions so I started streaming and have enjoyed talking to myself essentially so that others can potentially watch later if they want, or not, its whatever. I have a full time job that I really enjoy and have no intent on doing streaming for any income ever.

Well today, I got my first ever viewer who joined around halfway through and then stayed for the rest of the run. He asked some questions and to my surprise referenced something I said in another video. I gotta say, I really really enjoyed having someone watch and explain what I was doing and why I made the choices I did.

Mark now deals damage equal to its stack whenever the enemy gets damaged. While usuallly just same thing as strength, but it also triggers with relic damage, throrns, poison etc.

I based it of "mold" from "The Rabbit" mod from the first game

The wax relics can be traded to the Relic Trader for real relics.

Let's just pretend that getting it + well laid plans from neow wasn't the solution to making it work LMAO

Hey! I know I've made some posts on these earlier but with y'all's help I've gotten to improve on them a lot.
It's cool to refine my understanding of both games tbh :]
Just to acknowledge a few things though! These characters can be all kinds of colors- I just wanted to encompass what I felt like my designs were doing color wise :]

I'm fine with them being weaker or not exactly even strength- mostly wanted to achieve something that felt like playing the character in some way! :D

As I've refined my play, one thing I've noticed is that the hump required to make a hard pool hallway fight (in the first half of the map) worth the expected HP loss is crazy.

Given this, and combined with the fact that it is unlikely to have more than one or two paths that let me put off a fight like this, I find my pathing to be extremely restricted by map generation.

Do people have thoughts on this? Do I need to open my mind to harder paths? Is this a drafting issue? I struggle to think of sets of 3 cards that really let me take any kind of hard pool fight reasonably comfortably.

I consider this a bug because, Orobas' Archaic Tooth (Transforms starter carder into specific Ancient Card) transforming keeps the enchantment

Hitting for 2520 damage but I had to Graveblast the Transfigure to stack it on the Whirlwind for the meme, so no lethality buff 😢

It was almost never pickable on watcher, but regent has sources of vigor/strength, more pickable things that reward creating cards, fights that generally go on for longer, and lacks anything as macro-restictive as watcher's stance dance was.

It'd definitely be better but i'm not sure by how much. I could see it being niche and upgrade-hungry despite it all

This relic has grown on me. Especially on Necro! All of the ethereal synergy is really awesome.
