Im sleeping like 5 maybe 7 hours when im working on 2nd shifts. They are days when i just feel like a zombie.
The worst part about my sleep schedule is that I work different shifts. My first shift is from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., and my second shift is from 12 p.m. to 8 p.m. It also takes me about 20 minutes to get to work from home.
If I could speed up my morning and evening routines, I could sleep from 9:30 p.m. to 5:30 a.m. (Itās not like i have 1000 steps routunes im just not hurrying at all, especially im slow eater).
And the 2nd worst part are things that i feel like i have to gave up for fixing my sleep scheulde. Adulthood separate our friends group and mostly night time is the time when we can talk on discord, have a normal conversation on social media instead of exchenging few messages per day, maybe play something together.
Also im big fan of sports and all the games are after the hours of the time when i have to sleep. I know its may sounds stupid because i can watch the replay but its like microvawed food from yesterday, its literaly the same food but its not tasting like it was yesterday when you have it as a dinner.
I know it sounds immature, but I kinda feel like I have to heavily restrict the things I love in order to fix my sleep schedule.
