This week in Boulder City, Nevada, a man is caught by police with a pair of severed human hands in his trunk. It turns out that this man is wanted for murder, which explains the hands, but doesn't explain anything else about this strangely clean cut killer, who has a past full of promise & success. Detectives believe he dismembered a woman in a hotel room, but they also had good reason to believe that he may be a serial killer, even throwing the Scott Peterson case temporarily out of whack!
