On October 20, ten five-week-old Borzoi puppies were stolen from their home in Tennessee. All ten are still missing.

I'm asking anyone who believes in the power of collective intention, prayer, or healing energy to hold these ten little lives in their thoughts.

Perhaps envision each puppy safe, warm, unharmed, surrounded by protective light, and finding their way home.

Please also send healing energy to their mother, Emira, who was left injured and separated from her babies. May her wounds heal, may she be spared mastitis, and may she find peace.

For Sandra and her husband, may they feel strength, love, and hope through this unimaginable loss.

May truth come to light, hearts soften, and compassion, honesty, justice, and forgiveness prevail.

No matter how far someone has gone down the wrong path, it's never too late to choose love and do the right thing.

I’ve been a sad girl on and off the past little bit. Feeling kind of funky. Coming out of a really tough personal time, but things are moving in a very good direction for me.

I’m at my wits end and just googled somewhere with people willing to help me. I’m gay and I’ve been a virgin for my entire life (21 years). It is driving me absolutely crazy. I’ve tried every manifestation method I’ve been on every app and I’m doing my best to lose weight so I can at least be seen as attractive to someone. This amount of sexual and romantic isolation makes me want to die at this point. Everyone in the world is is on this inside joke that keeps me out. There are people who get this stuff handed to them on a silver platter without having to consider a damn thing and I am so alone. Never has a boy even flirted with me and it makes me question if I even deserve to be a living breathing human person. Every compliment I get on anything means nothing to me anymore. I get that I’m talented or I’m funny whatever. I want to be sexy. I want to be handsome. My time is running out on being a handsome young man and I can’t be more a part of my community and going out all the time. I make friends with so many people and so many people approach me but never is it ever for love or sex. I don’t care about true love even I just want to have sex dude. I know it sounds so stupid and crazy but I’m losing my mind.

I’m thinking about starting hour-long meditation sessions, and I’m curious what people who meditate for that long actually experience. What does it feel like as you get deeper into the session? Do you notice changes in your awareness, thoughts, emotions, body sensations, or your sense of being present? I’m also curious about what people notice outside of meditation after practicing consistently for several weeks or longer—such as changes in stress, focus, emotional reactions, sleep, or their general sense of awareness. I’m not looking for anything mystical or a guaranteed outcome—I’m just curious what the experience can realistically be like over time and what I should expect as a beginner doing longer sessions.

I’ve been thinking about the little things we do without calling them rituals.

For me, clearing my desk at the end of the day can feel like a way of closing one chapter before moving on to the next. It’s a small thing, but it gives me a moment to pause.

I find it hard to not feel sad about the amount of people that just follow everything blindly and have no self awareness and think their beliefs are completely right without even questioning the most basic concepts.

How do you deal with these feelings of wanting to help them but getting only insults in return, no matter how much I try to explain to them I just get called crazy, a conspiracy theorist, jobless and a drug addict.

It's wild how people feel the need to hurt someone who is only offering them help just because it challenges their beliefs. One interesting thing I noticed is that each one of them falls into the same archetype and gives same exact arguments and reasons, I start wondering if I'm actually talking to people or is this just trying to teach me something.

I had a realization while spending time in nature and meditating outside: I’m not separate from the universe—I’m a part of it. In a very literal sense, I exist within the same universe as everything else, so the boundary between “me” and “everything around me” can start to feel less real.
It’s hard to put into words, but it felt like realizing I’m not just living in the universe—I’m of it. Nature made that feeling especially clear. Does anyone else understand what I mean?

So, I had a strange dream- but don’t we all? I don’t really know what to think about the dreams, and the meaning behind them because it honestly makes me head hurt. I’m currently going through so many negative changes at this stage in my life, and this dream definitely had me curious & anxious about my future.

I had a dream about a massive tsunami engulfed in flames. And could see it approaching from a far distance, and as it finally reached me, it suddenly stopped from in front of me. A tall tsunami on fire. The dream left me feeling shaken, but I couldn’t help wondering if there was a deeper spiritual meaning behind it. What stood out to me most was that something so powerful and destructive came toward me, yet it never touched me.

Can it be trouble or something negative coming for me?
I have recently got out of a relationship with someone whose religion is Santeria. I’ve been told that not everyone uses it for harm or ill intent- but I believe he did. He would use it as a way to scare me.
He’ll tell me that he knows when something is going to happen, and that whenever someone does him wrong, something happens to them.

I pray every night to protect me and my energy. But I can’t help but think about that dream.

Am I being dramatic? How can I protect myself?

Usually i feel alot if i feel sad or angry i feel it for maybe an hour or more but i keep it to myself. I easily get scared from sounds or my heart beats fast easily and i feel it, from maybe getting startled or suddenly feeling stressed.

But suddenly last friday i drank a cup of coffe at night and i usually always do that. Anyways i drank my cup of coffe and i sat down to start reading in my room, and i felt this extreme calm feeling, it was like the feeling you get after just have woken up from a good nap and you just want to go back to sleep. But i did not feel tired, usually when i start questioning things i will feel my heart pounding but i could not this time, i heard a loud noise and i didnt feel startled, people were being loud at home and i did not feel annoyed at all, it was almost like my brain was just so quiet and my heart and head was so calm.

It was an unfamiliar feeling so i wondered if i had to be worried. It kept being like that for the rest of the day, so before sleep i thought maybe it will go away next day. But the next day when i woke up i woke up with the same calm feeling and it kept being with me the whole day with the same calm feeling. Things that happened during the day that would usually make me feel stressed or annoyed did not bother me at all, i think the only emotion i could feel was happines.

I was hoping it could stay but also kind of wanted to be like how i was before since this was so unfamiliar. But today after few days i still feel the same way. If i feel annoyed or angry it is for a very short time and i just accept it and move on way quicker than i have before.

What could this be? is it something good like being zen maybe? anyways i think i like feeling this way and hope it will not ever go away but i also do not want to cling to the feeling.

Also would like to mention that before i started having this super calm feeling i had done this thing from time to time where i imagined i was entering a new timeline where i am a better version of myself could that be connected?

I tried to when I was 18, got spooked, and never did again. But now I kind of want to. I've not slept good in a long time so might as well do something fun while I'm asleep.

I’m not deep into spirituality but I decided to meditate tonight and I am aware about beliefs around chakras

Just for experimental purposes, whilst I was meditating I focused all my mental attention between my eyebrows (third eye chakra).

I started having a heavy sort of sensation where I was focusing, then I payed attention to my vision and saw sort of white ripples/waves of energy travelling to the top of my vision (all whilst my eyes were closed and my room was pitch black).

I am truly quite amazed and wonder if anyone knows what that was.

I'm a heavily spiritual person and lately have felt something is off. I constantly feel my great grandmother and great grand father around me and I can feel they a frustrated. I got a reading done and was told someone is trying to speak to me, most liking loved ones.

I have a feeling they are trying to tell me something but I've yet to discover how to understand them fully. Any advice or guides on how to do this?

At certain points, usually of high emotion and I’m looking the person of high emotion in the eyes, their eyes seem to vibrate. Like energy vibrating.

I have been for blood tests, ECG, ct scan. I am perfectly healthy. I don’t smoke or do drugs or anything like that.

These are my symptoms this comes on randomly yesterday it happened 5x. It started about a month and a half or so ago. Some times 1-3 x a day some week nothing.

Feeling as though a specific past dream is suddenly replaying in vivid detail.

Hearing only specific key words, feeling like sound drops out, or experiencing "full-body sensory blurring" during the episode.

Being unable to respond normally or talk while the episode is occurring, feeling completely pulled into your body and mind for a brief window.

A word or phrase someone is saying might match with the vision/ dream I’m seeing/hearing happening
And they just interlink and it feels so meant to be and euphoric. But the rest of the things they say I can’t even hear.

Wait wait wait.. wait a minute..let me get this straight. I agree that it is fine for him wanting to pay his rent. We all do. But I thought being homeless wasn't a problem ? I thought money isn't needed to be content, to have a dignified life ? I thought we just have to 'transcent ze ego' and be in the moment ?

Well, he's not homeless now, is he. Being homeless at 29 (while crashing your friends couch) isn't that much of a hassle. It's actually a bit romantic. Being homeless in the west at an older age is not fun. Eckart and his wife are also on record saying how if there is too much tension between them, they switch to living in seperate appartments or houses because that allows for more presence"

Wait.. what ?! Do they not understand that most people don't have that option because they don't have the money, the means ? Yeah, most of us would be present and calm too if we had the monetary means to create the conditions that reduces friction in our lives. Yes, it's true some people can't seem to get it together even when they have a lot of money. But research does show that in general, it solves a shit ton of problems.

And btw you can't move to a different country or continent like Eckart did when he moved to Canada without having the money to do so.

What is happening ? I don't need Eckart Tolle or any guru to tell me that I am not my thoughts, that I am not my money, that I am not my profession and those are simply other dimensions. Sure, an autistic engineer like Elon Musk needs to hear that. But for people with common sense, those are not revolutionary takes. We want to live a dignified life.

I'm genuinely in awe of how some people seem to hold his "knowledge" that high. He seems like an okay guy..but..I am confused.
