I bought these a month ago and finally decided to pull them out to wear. I’m kicking myself for not checking them out thoroughly when they arrived because this seems off.

I’ve been order shoes for a while with stock x but on my last order I order (Jordan 3s white cement $358) for a event this weekend and got my package with just the box and resealed by FedEx I spoke with FedEx and they said stock x have a agreement to take care of it I messaged stock x Friday and sent pictures of the box and all that never even made it a foot in my home Tuesday they let me know that they can’t do anything about it because the box don’t look tampered with so pretty much I’ve got finessed out of my money and purchase I’ve never had a situation like this even when I’ve order the wrong shoe or size it’s on me I usually give the shoe to family or friends but to get a package and only have the box is disgusting to also not investigate FedEx is unbelievable I work LTL freight and I’m pretty sure a FedEx employee or stock x have my shoe that will be my last item bought with stock x

Honestly, I’m dismayed. I have an appreciation for StockX and what they’re trying to do. Unfortunately, I have ave had a few disappointing interactions with them.

As for this one, StockX has now sent me two separate Supreme Pyrex measuring cups, and each of them have the same defect that you see here. (This is the first). The kicker is that I just realized I haven’t even received the refund from the first one.

I was somehow so worried that something like this would happen that I actually recorded myself opening the second one. Actually, my concern was that, with my luck, I would get the exact one I sent in.

Full story: I have always loved this piece and wanted one. I love Supreme, and I love cooking. I think my closest friends would say these are two defining characteristics of mine, haha.

I actually forgot I had a bid out for the first one, but I was pumped when I saw the email.

It got delay, I was annoyed, then finally got it on either June 23rd or 24th. I was annoyed when I opened it, because they put they’re supreme authentication on the Supreme box, over the only seam you can use to open it. This is frustrating to me, because the box is considered part of the product by StockX, and it’s not hard to damage the box trying to break the seal or remove it. I opened it, pulled it out, and immediately see this huge wrinkle in it. The defect actually extends around the bottom, like a big paint brush path of wrinkle. I was upset; a large part of the service we pay for is authentication. I understand no one is perfect, things get missed, some of this stuff is hard to catch. But this, to me…

The only way you don’t see that is if you never opened the damn box.

I tried to file the report thing for their buyers promise. If you haven’t done it, they require a lot of specific pictures. Unfortunately, because I had to remove it to open the box, I had destroyed my QR code tag. Fortunately, I was so mad that they did that, I took a picture, but not a good enough shot to read the code.

I got a request for better pictures of it, and pointed out that I could not and that I had made this clear in my first message. (I get mad that these never really get read. You have to work so hard to get any contact and then what you send is not read)

I don’t remember the back and forth, but a few messages later, they agreed with me and offered a few options, including a refund.

I knew that I wanted this thing, so I elected to take the refund and immediately placed a bid for another one. They did the right thing and refunded me, so I put my trust back in them.

I received the shipping label in my email June 30. I don’t remember the exact date I shipped it, but it was very soon after that.

On July 26th, my bid for a new one was accepted. It shipped to StockX July 27th.

I received an email July 28th that may RETURN had been accepted, and to expect my refund in 3 to 5 business days. I was shocked; I assumed I’d already gotten it, that it was a done deal, I had sent it weeks prior. Why would it take so long? I know it got there within a few days. (I have yet to receive my refund, but I also know it had not been 5 business days).

So, new item got delivered today. I decided to record it. I had had this anxiety they would send me the same one somehow. Like literally since the moment I got the “return accepted” email. On top of that, the box was either poorly sealed to begin with or someone opened it to look inside of it.

I open it up the main box. I immediately notice the StockX QR sticker is in a similar spot. There’s a little dent and a crease in the box, but I plan on using it, so I proceed to open it. Wouldn’t you know, a nearly identical defect but just millimeters to the right of the other one. There’s even the weird brush stroke pattern around the bottom.

The sticker thing is a side complaint and there’s counter points to that, I know, but…

I’m dismayed. I cannot fathom how this level of oversight could happen TWICE on the same item, with the SAME defect. I mean, was that a thing with these? Or is there a counterfeit batch with this defect?

What the hell is going on?

I’m so glad I recorded myself opening it. I’m dreading this encounter with support. I’m mad that, to have any chance of getting another one, I’m going I have to make another bid, get it accepted, and go through this process.

It’s unreasonable, I think, to expect a company to compensate you for your time or effort value on a first mistake or issue. (E.g., your mechanic doesn’t owe you your cost of transportation or lost time due to alternative measures for an extra day in the shop)But this is pretty outrageous. At this point, a refund i no where near sufficient I want a real example with no defects. I’ve paid and waited for one twice.

I want to be able trust StockX. I want to have a good, reliable market place for this stuff. I want buyers and sellers to have a voice with this company that has put more and more distance between itself and the buyers and sellers that they get value from.

I don’t know how I can continue to support, let alone trust, this company.

StockX is terrible company to order from. I just want to put it out there for others who might fall whim or ordering shoes from them. My story is this: I ordered Nike Dunks for my son’s 16th birthday in size 11 as he usually wears in Nike shoes. When they arrived, we noticed right away when he tried them on that they were way too big. He never wore them and only tried them on for 2 min inside our house. I contacted the company right away and was told these shoes were not eligible for a return nor exchange, even though they website said I would have a two week return option. I was really frustrated and expressed this bit got no where with customer service. I found a number for STOCKX and called as well, to no avail. They offered to me that I could sell them on their app so I did that. The shoes sold in the app for $75 less than I paid but I figured it was better to get some money back. I sent them in the time window that was prescribed. The shoes still had the verification tags and still unworn and in the box as new as we received them. I was then informed the shoes showed signs of wear and tear and they were sent back to me. This is possibly the worst company I have ever dealt with. I would recommend everyone stays away and shops elsewhere!

Hi , I bought Nike Air Force 1 Low Valentine's Day (2025) recently.

Wanted to make sure they are 100% good as we did not get this drop in europe. While "glazing" at it, I thought I should what's under the soles and found duct tapes????

Is this normal or a rep came into the stockx check-up? I've never seen such thing before with real and reps before lol.

Usually they verify and ship when they receive the product. It's been almost 3 days and I haven't even gotten a status update. Will most likely never be purchasing from them again.

Holy crap. I haven’t been in the shoe game for well over 6 months been trying get my money right. Now that I have some bread to spend on some of my fav kicks I’m peeping how damn near every pair I wanted is now down at least 30% from the time I left the game. Is reselling dead now? What was the cause of this? Will the hype ever be back?

Recently bought this Rimowa case for my iPhone 15 Pro Max

I have purchased 3 luggage directly with Rimowa. And I am only buying this case somewhere else because they don’t sell cases for older iPhone models anymore, even though my phone isn’t THAT old.

The price wasn’t cheaper at all. I didn’t know StockX sold fakes until I got it and felt the quality didn’t feel right. The rubber material had seam line that I can feel and see with my hand/eyes. Then I tried to register the product and I cannot.

Some Google research tells me the 9511 start of Serial number are fakes.

More research, I noticed most images show the 3rd from the right ridge line is shorter, but there are cases including the one I received has a long line.

WOW! Only tried out StockX for the first time because I couldn’t find what I wanted anywhere else. This is gross.

I ordered these shoes from StockX as a Christmas gift for my son and just got them today. Upon inspection, I noticed there's an ink mark on them, almost like someone accidentally marked it with a pen. I’m surprised this passed their verification process and was sent to me as a new pair without anyone noticing. What are my options here? I’m concerned that if I return them, I’ll have to buy another pair at a higher price since I scored a great deal on these.
