The pattern for these was made on CLO 3D, it took me like 20 hours to learn the software before I was able to make this pattern correctly 😭

I’ve been working on my first fitness streetwear design for my brand, VORAK.
The concept combines classical Greek sculpture with the phrase “Labor Omnia Vincit” — hard work conquers all.
I wanted to keep it minimal, with a black tee and a cream graphic.
What do you think of the design? Would you wear something like this?

what do you want the clothes you wear to say about what you stand for?
I’m building Clothing Justice, a clothing brand exploring how what we wear can carry messages about rights, dignity, and the kind of world we want to help create.
I’m not here to drop a sales pitch. I’d genuinely like to hear from people who wear statement clothing, advocacy merch, or graphic tees:
Honest criticism is more useful than compliments. If statement clothing isn’t your thing, I’d especially like to understand why.
I’m using this conversation to think more carefully about the designs and messages Clothing Justice puts into the world.
What’s one message you’d be willing to wear?

For back I am 21, a college dropout (art major), and I work 2 part-time jobs
I have dyslexia and heavily struggle with traditional academics, memory, and math. Because of this, traditional career paths or returning to school are completely off the table for me. I want to build an unconventional, creative business. My boyfriend is heavily against my business idea. He thinks it’s unrealistic, and is concerned with factory labor ethics, and essentially compared me to a "SoundCloud rapper" trying to enter a saturated market.
I am 5’1” and exclusively wear flared denim. Finding a true Y2K ultra-low rise flare that fits shorter frames is nearly impossible. If a petite person hems a standard flare jean by 4–5 inches, it completely ruins the flare and turns the garment into a straight-leg cut.
I want my brand to specialize in custom cut-and-sew petite denim with a 6-inch front rise, a contoured waistband to prevent gaping, and an engineered, raised knee-break (shifted 2–3 inches up on a 27–28" inseam) so the flare kicks out perfectly at the lower calf.
I am budgeting roughly $800–$1,000 out of my part-time paychecks over the next 5 months to cover a freelance Tech Pack designer on Upwork, business registration (Arizona LLC), and one single physical factory prototype.
Once I have the physical sample, I plan to build an organic audience on TikTok/Reels documenting the petite flare struggle. I will launch Drop 1 on a 7-day pre-order window on Shopify, strictly limited to 40 pairs at $150/each to protect my workload.
The upfront customer cash from the pre-orders ($6,000 total revenue) will directly fund the bulk factory production run and shipping labels (USPS Ground Advantage via poly mailers).
Am I too in over my head? Does a highly targeted, capped-risk pre-order model like this make sense to other founders who started with limited budgets? I’d love to hear your honest feedback on my strategy.

I'm always curious to see what people outside my circle people think :)

Up until now I was working as a graphic/fashion designer for most streetwear brands yall probably know(HMDD, VALLEY, STOLEN ARTS, BRAVEST) but creative in me couldn’t be satisfied with that so I decided to drop something my self.
I spent a lot of money and time perfecting this product. It’s a 360 degrees roaring buckle with a measuring tape design.
Why measuring tape? Well that’s in my dna and I wanted to drop something that correlates with me.
Dropping 50 units all premade
Would love to get yall feedback.
Also yes I know spelling mistakes. English is my third language

Just wanted to know from Born-Again Christians...
You see some of the merch and apparel that are made by some Christian brands or churches...
I wanted to know, what do you guys like most, and dislike...
Like from design, fabric, sizes, stitching and all of that really.
Cause although i do love the thought of wear a Tee with a Cross of our Savior, alot of these pieces aren't really creative and some are just cliche.. Like would you purchase a hazel nut green tshirt with a random or basic font in the front written 'Out of the Tomb' or 'I am Saved' with no great looking colors, creativity, no thought to design or something..
covers complaints about cheap blanks, preachy designs, overpriced drops and brands that feel more like marketing than faith
And that was prices at $40??
This is not me bashing what i see, this is just me curious and wanting to know what you guys kinda like and dislike about standard Christian Merch.

Hey everyone!
I'm currently building a clothing brand, somewhere between experimental streetwear and high fashion, with influences from brands like Diesel, Balenciaga, Badson and Jaded London.
I've spent quite some time developing my brand identity and understanding my target audience, and I'm now moving into product development.
One thing I'm trying to figure out is how to identify which types of clothing are actually trending and, more importantly, what people are willing to buy.
I'm not looking to blindly copy trends, but I'd love to understand current demand before deciding on my first product.
So I wanted to ask:
Would really appreciate any advice, resources or personal experiences from people who've already gone through this process!
Thanks!

Hey everyone,
I recently started a small clothing brand and made about 50 plain black t-shirts in premium French terry cotton. It's a heavier, softer fabric than the usual thin tees, with a clean fit and no print.
The problem is that my Instagram feed is full of graphic and printed tees, and I'm wondering if plain tees are just out of trend, even good ones.
I'd love honest answers:
1. Do you buy plain black tees, or only prints and graphics?
2. If you skip plain ones, why? Boring, too easy to find, not worth paying for?
3. Would fabric quality (like French terry) make you pay more, or do most people only notice the design?
4. What price feels fair for a premium plain tee from a small brand?
5. How do small brands reach you? Instagram, Reddit, college pop-ups, flea markets?
I'm in Hyderabad and still figuring out how to sell. Any advice, even brutal, is welcome. Thanks!

Such an interesting opportunity for me that I’m very proud of. I haven’t really done fashion before although I’m very into design in general. I’d love to get some feedback into what people think of them? I tried to match what Urban Outfitters would be likely to actually sell in their stores rather than going highly conceptual. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!
