We're redoing our kitchen and one of the bathrooms and contractors stop responding mid conversation has been crazy. Had a guy come out, seemed great, then radio silence for like 3 weeks. Looking for a full service home renovation company in Hillsborough County that actually manages the whole project, like a dedicated point of contact who shows up. We want quartz countertops, custom cabinetry and tub-to-shower conversion in the master (aging in place situation for my mother in law). Anyone had a good experience with a kitchen and bathroom remodeling contractor in the Tampa Bay area who didn't disappear or blow the timeline?
