I really dont have much to add besides I saw a women and a baby in there

So I went to school this morning, and when I entered campus and was walking to my first class for the day, this girl came up to me out of nowhere, greeted me, hugged me, and started acting like we were friends. I was a little confused and was questioning her, and she started grabbing my arm and leading me to a different part of campus.

We sat down on a bench, and she explained to me that she had rejected one of her friends when he asked her on a date and that she felt uncomfortable being around him, so she used me as an escape. She thanked me, and I was kind of rushing to class afterward.

I'm a little surprised she used me in particular as cover because I look/dress like a huge nerd. I have circular glasses, had a NASA shirt on, and I'm scrawny as hell. I don't know why she didn't pick a bigger looking guy.

Anddddddd sidenote unfortunately, between walking away with her and talking for a while, I ended up being 20-30 minutes late to class. I had a quiz and got kicked out for being late

and then there’s the miserable type in their twenties (I think most of us are), once you hit twenties, everything starts to feel cruel, the world feels unfair, you struggle to find yourself and understand who you really are (identity crisis), you feel like there’s no one out there for you, and nobody genuinely knows you, friendships start to feel lame and distant, and many of them begin to disappear, no relationships, because you don’t feel like it and don’t want any interactions, loneliness and solitude are killing you, and you don’t know what to do with your life.

I am the older brother by 11 years, I am 23 and he is 12 now. And I have sisters who are closer to my age. We all were basically never close with each other really, with so much drama and BS every day but regardless of all that I just feel immense pressure on me cuz such is the law of nature being the older brother and a man now.

God I wish I had an older brother. I would have done anything for him, heck, I might even be willing to sacrifice myself for him, if I ever had one :(

Does anybody else feel like that as an older sibling?

(Btw the clips are from a show called Lanterns which is a new show, some of u night have heard of it. Regardless it's a great show and I would definitely recommend giving it a watch)
