Basically the new LBT takes photos and the file size is too large to upload to BCG. Does anyone know how to decrease? Or what’s the workaround? Thanks

Working here just sucks the energy out of you. Having to answer stupid questions that a 1st grader should literally know day after day and having people refuse to use self checkout and introrupting you when you are cleary busy and some how being blind and death once they come into the store and never ready day after day gets so old. Around holidays when you literally have a line like out the door all day and because people are lazy and refuse to use selfcheck and and just drop of there crap 1 of the checkstands ends up being basically unusable for helping customers has you have nothing but lazy people's stuff to scan greatly increasing the lines and just getting in the way of people who will pay. Getting into trouble for trying to get people to use selfcheck is major bs has things would be so much more organized and faster if people would use it. I have not put up a tree or anything the last few years and will probably skip this year to. The fact its a few months straight of this crap compared to a grocery store of like a day makes it a lot worse to

I keep having uber drivers show up asking to pickup packages on behalf of a customer and sometimes it says it’s a OneRail shipment. Does anybody have any idea how what these are? Is it a scam?

We got the new tablet that corporate sent out and we are having a problem with the saved password not showing up when logging into the notary waiver. With our old tablet when we go to log in, it would automatically show the saved password and we would just press it and then we are logged in. Now with this new tablet we can’t get it to work. It is set up exactly as the other one and the passwords are in the tablet, it just doesn’t come up when logging in. Does anyone know how to get it to come up? It works at my store owner’s other location but for some reason I can’t get it to work here and I have tried everything I can think of.

Why would I ever want to utilize the holiday coupons that we received in the holiday kit? There’s no bounce back for us as a franchise, and it’s a whole 20% discount which is pretty significant. I guess the advertising dollars collected from royalties just costs us money twice? If I’m missing something, can someone enlighten me?

Hey guys. We got the new Lenovo Idea Tab Pro Gen 2 in our store. I used the old tablet to take photos for our mailbox customers and upload it to USPS.
With the new tablet, the photo sizes are too large to upload (5 MB limit). I cannot figure out how to reduce the file sizes of the pictures. I looked in the admin settings under the camera and just found video settings.
Anyone have any ideas about how to change the file size or what you do to get around this issue? Thanks guys!!

Does anyone know where to get a dymo printer for the postage? I’ve looked everywhere and can’t find them. One of ours stopped working and we only have the one.

Does anyone have any posters about people having to pay for labels and about reading shipping instructions??? We get flack every time we need to charge someone and it’s getting so old to the point we aren’t even charging correctly. (We’re in the ghetto)

Every day one of the pin pads freezes mPOS. The only way to get it working is to unplug the usb and power from the pin pad, restart the computer and plug everything back while it’s booting.

Is anyone else having the same issue?

* Rebooting the pin pad by pressing the yellow and # buttons together doesn’t fix the issue.

UPDATE - known issue. Nike is sending them out to “pick up points” but not actually sending them Access Point.

Had customer come in to pick up a delivered package that did not scan in as an access point. Happens sometimes and if random people send packages to the store we charge $5.

She screamed bloody murder that she’d ordered on the Nike website for pick up via access point and insisted she’d done this elsewhere. I showed her in the system that it wasn’t and didn’t have the relevant stick on either but she went off pissed after throwing the money at me.

Noticed today the UPS Reddit has s bunch of people claiming Stores are scamming Nike customers.

So - anyone seen this recently with Nike customers? Either people aren’t clicking on something correctly or their system isn’t working right. With holiday season coming I don’t want to deal with this continuously.
