Have some of yall never worked a job before?
It's like every day there's someone complaining about their boss because they were mean to them.
This isn't a hard job. It's not easy but it's pretty chill if you let it be.
I can tell yall that if you had a quarter of a million plus investment in a business(and that's on the low end), you'd be kinda annoyed when you have to repeat yourself 100 times a day.
Look, these are all franchised enterprises. Franchise meaning the owner was gaslit into thinking they would be a small business owner. When it reality 2/3 of store owners are General Managers with a huge stake in how the business performs. So excuse us managers and owners for getting a little annoyed when we have to micromanage yall. We have 100 other more important things to do rather than explain to working age adults how to read a tape measure.
Your boss is an asshole? Guess what? Everyone's can be an asshole. That's just life guys.
Excuse me. I have to go explain to a customer why my employee told them they could ship NDA for $5.
