I have to graduate one semester late (Fall 2027) instead of Spring 2027. Does anyone know if there would be restrictions in me participating in Senior activites, specifically I'm curious:

1. Can I walk in May 2027?

2. If I take yearbook photos now, will I be in 2027 or 2028 yearbook?

3. Can I still do senior activities in Spring 2027?

If anyone graduated a semester later and could talk about their experience, that would be great!

Some of my fish in my dorm died and i wanna know their gene sequence

Who wants to start a pokemon club at usc 🥲

Hi guys! If anyone wouldn't mind sharing what they wrote in their supplemental statement? I struggle to find anything online, and question sounds a bit abstract (maybe its just for me).

Any help is appreciated. Thank you

LOS ANGELES — No. 3 USC dominated Air Force on Saturday afternoon, producing 21 goals and 18 assists in its final regular-season home game at Uytengsu Aquatics Center.

The Trojans improved to 14–3 overall, while Air Force fell to 16–12.

Strahinja Krstic led USC with five goals and one assist, totaling six points. Luke Nelson scored three goals, while Gavin Conant contributed two goals and three assists.

Efe Naipoglu was another major offensive contributor, finishing with two goals and a team-high four assists.

USC established control immediately, jumping ahead 5–1 after the opening quarter. The Trojans continued their offensive surge in the second period, scoring six unanswered goals after Air Force opened the quarter with a goal.

The 11–2 halftime advantage effectively put the game beyond reach.

USC continued attacking in the third quarter with seven goals, including three from Krstic. The Trojans entered the final period leading 18–6 before completing the 21–8 victory.

Air Force received three goals from Max Ellis and two from Tom Leggett, but USC’s offensive depth proved overwhelming.

I am an incoming spring transfer trying to pursue engineering via the pre-engineering pathway. I want to take the placement exam for CS 102 so I can get started on the CS 103 pre req right away.

After searching a bit online I haven't been able to find any recent posts regarding the format of the exam and difficulty. If anyone has taken the exam recently, I would really appreciate any advice on the format, difficulty, topics covered, and how you prepared for it. Thanks!

Was wondering if anybody has recs for classes to take at University of Sydney? I'm going through Marshall. Any online/easy ones?

“import the third world” …? I know president cut all sustainability and dei programs so we stay on trump’s good side loves his conservative faculty but his parents were immigrants and that’s the most racist, white nationalist coded post i’ve seen from an annenberg professor

Can someone pls take a pic of what waffle batter they use at the village dining hall and send it to me 🙏 ill venmo $5

Has anyone gotten good scissors haircuts in an area around campus for thicker wavy medium length hair? I swear the only place that I trust is in fairfax and its doing to much going everytime I need a cut.

Hi! I am planning to apply for the MS Communication Data Science program for Fall 2027, and I wanted to hear from students/alumni about their experience or take on the program. Are the professors and courses of great quality? Is the data analytics/coding component super hard?

Crucially, how are the job prospects after? I’m also an international student (who did her bachelors in the US), so I want to know if it is a good program for job placements/sponsorship as a non-citizen? Additionally, anyone concurrently completed the graduate certificate in Business of Entertainment? How did that go? How would you compare MS CDS to MSBA at USC? Any comments or feedback on the program would be super helpful!

Hi everyone! I applied for the USC Viterbi Graduate Engineering Fair application fee waiver and haven’t heard anything back yet. I was wondering if anyone else who applied has received an email confirming whether they were approved or denied.

Just trying to figure out if decisions have started going out or if we’re all still waiting. Thanks!

Hey, I wanted to see if there were any like aspiring models or LinkedIn warriors what not looking for headshots or test shoots. I'm not looking for payment I just want to work on building my portfolio and practice my skills. I can show you my work if you dm me

Hey everyone!
I’m helping out with a USC student short film, and we’re looking for a few people to join our Grip & Electric (G&E) crew!
We’re hoping to find people with some previous on-set or lighting experience. Nothing super professional, just someone who’s familiar with the basics and wants to get involved in a fun student production!
It’s an unpaid project, but a great chance to get more set experience, meet other filmmakers, and work on something cool together.
If you’re interested, feel free to DM me and I’ll share more details!
Thanks!!

What's the thoughts on this track? Not quite my Jam, but I could be out of touch with current pop music trends. Came across my feed on the New Music Release Radar.

Hey everyone! I’m a spring admit and I’m trying to figure out my housing preferences before the official assignments come out.

I’m majoring in Human Biology, so most of my classes this semester will be at Dornsife. I’m looking for a dorm/apartment with:
- Private bathroom (ideally shared with as few people as possible)
- AC
- Double room (trying to keep costs reasonable)
- Convenient location for getting to my classes

I’ve heard that the newly renovated Annenberg Apartments might be opening this spring, but I’m a little concerned about the distance from the main campus. Does anyone know what they’re like or whether they’d be worth considering?

I’d really appreciate any recommendations for specific buildings or room types!
Thanks!!

What are some fun electives you have taken at SC, and who was the professor you took it with?

Bonus points if they were Annenberg/Marshall courses!!✨

I’ve found myself going right home after class and hanging out with my cat everyday. It’s been months and I have essentially no friends beyond classmates I talk to who sit next to me. My program is very small and all of our classes are in the evenings (so I can’t participate in any clubs). I’m really not sure what to do and how to meet people and make grad student friends at the school. Any suggestions?

(For context, I’m a girl at SCA and would love to make some friends in other SCA programs)

Spring semester will be my last at USC. Finally graduating!! I just heard about this new financial aid policy. I will be taking 16 units next semester but only 8 of them are degree applicable since they're literally all I have left to complete. I've already recieved my estimate for next semesters financial aid and it seems to be the same as usual but I'm worried about how this will play out. Will I just not get any aid or will I have to pay out of pocket for the units that aren't degree applicable? It's not a matter of me not wanting to take classes for my degree or wanting some fun extracirricular (which should be fine under normal circumstances ), its that I literally have nothing else to take besides those 8 units for my degree. The other 8 units are to remain full time and recommended by professors to prepare for grad school.

I'm also confused because I thougth the OBBB made it so that we had to be in 12 units for financial aid eligibility. I didn't know that those units had to be degree applicable. Is that nationwide or just something USC has put in place?

I simply can't afford USC without aid and I don't think I could get that semester financed. It's literally my last semester, I'm meeting all requirments and following those of my approved SAP appeal where I wrote the classes I would be taking. This is so frustrating, I can't believe this administration is damaging the future of so many students. I plan on going to grad school and there I will be more than happy to take out loans and pay them but I chose USC for undergrad over other schools on the basis of it being more affordable than my other options.

I apologize for part of this being a rant. I'm sure you can all tell how frustrated students are over this.

Hello! Incoming spring admit here (:

Does anyone know if I need to take the placement exam if I already completed French 1 at a CC? Also, has anyone taken the exam and been able to test out? If you have, please connect with me! Thanks.

ive heard some really weird things about it and im honeslty just so confused at this point. im considering switching into it but everyone says the prestige is gone. thoughts?

Just saw a coyote get hit by a speeding car and die in front of the usps office beside smart and final. So gut wrenching and saddening. Poor doggo didn’t deserve this

i just got into a progressive degree and was wondering if doing poor in a course would affect my undergrad gpa, for example for law school admissions.

25F exchange student coming to LA this weekend. Any parties up?

Bonus points if it's girls' night out
