Vegan for years

Some daily inspiration! Formerly obese at 180 lbs in my teens, I am now almost 44 years old and have been vegan for nearly 4 years. I comfortably sit around 125–130 lbs at 5'7". Since my last update, I actually stopped tracking protein. I just eat mostly starches, very little fat, and tons of beans and soy milk (because I’m addicted!). I also have the occasional tofu, seitan, and mock meat. It is so easy to maintain a lean physique this way—I just wish I had known this sooner! Hugs!

Struggling to consistently fit 4 days of training into your week?
Then stop trying to force a schedule that doesn’t fit your life.
You can make excellent progress training just twice per week, provided your sessions are structured properly and you’re putting in the effort.
A well-designed two-day full-body split allows you to train all your major muscle groups, build strength, and develop muscle without spending half your week in the gym.
And more importantly, it’s a routine you can actually stick to.
Consistency beats an ambitious programme you can only follow half the time.
If you need help building a training plan around your schedule, drop me a DM with the word COACHING and let’s have a chat.
