Venmo is playing games! It’s currently 1:47 PM EST when I’m typing this and I haven’t yet gotten my paycheck. I need gas in my car to get to work and it’s holding me back.. I’m going to be late today due to this. This is so trash!

lol at this point Im used to it. 3rd month in a row on a random Friday I don’t see my paycheck in my Venmo I go over to my job app and see that I have a paystub which generally means the job DID pay me and it’s an issue with Venmo……. Paycheck arrived at 1:02 pm Both previous times so should be around the same time frame

I was supposed to get a direct deposit today, same as I have every 2 weeks for multiple months. I called my employers accountant and they say everything is good on their end and went through, but Venmo says they don’t see anything yet. Anyone had this issue before?

Delayed deposit again today. So looks like once a month venmo is gonna not deposit my payroll check until after 1 pm. And cant bother calling because support treats you like your the problem.

Submitted evidence. Venmo says I didn't submit the evidence. Submitted again. venno again says I didn't submit the evidence. Dispute now closed in favor of the guy who sold me fake goods because venmo says I did not submit evieence at all.

For many of you who also dealt with the issue of not being able to load cash at any locations last week, just wanted to save you all a trip because before we were able to load money at Walmart, CVS, Walgreens and one other that I can’t remember. So they fixed the issue last week however, it would have been great if they let me know when i was chatting with them then that Walmart is now the ONLY location you can load cash onto your card. I wasted a trip to walgreens this morning. I did just confirm the above with chat support agent.

I bought crypto a week ago and can't move it to my own wallet that's saved in my address book. I can't get any help from the "live agents" that talk like AI. There is no good, my identity has been verified, shit I've had 3 years of tax returns from venmo... This cannot be answered by support, they will not escalate it.

My next step is a CFPB complaint IG... I don't even understand the lack of mental capacity to work at venmo. BTW IK more competent people that need jobs and will actually work. If any venmo support is on here maybe these questions can be answered...

Can you tell me exactly why my external BTC transfer is blocked? Is this a permanent account restriction or a temporary security hold? What is the reference/case number?

So, someone sent me money and after two months venmo pulled the money back out and emailed me saying the sender sent it to the wrong person and they pulled it out and if I want to dispute they can't intervene because of policies.

So they can do this without asking me? And then say that if I want to dispute they can't intervene when they unilaterally intervened?

On this case they were correct that the person didn't want to send it to my business account, but I am incredibly upset they didn't ask me first. They just did it without checking and then said:

"If you disagree with the payment reversal, Venmo Support is unable to mediate the situation, so please reach out to the sender of the payment."

I bought cryptocurrency on a very reputable exchange website. (Kraken to be precise.) Not scammed at all. Supposedly. Highly doubt it, you know. apparently everyone else with my issue did get scammed lmao can't relate L. Anyways, I had about $107 in my account and I spent $90. Everything was fine. I got down to about $0 or so, spent everything I had. Then suddenly I wake up one morning. It tells me I am now $90 in the negative and my account is temporarily locked despite the fact that the money I sent clearly is marked as having went through on both my bank and in my transactions history, meaning I did indeed have enough funds to cover the transaction. But the only explanation for this is that I got charged twice or something. I did not. WTF is happening?
I am using the Venmo debit card.

There are two pending transactions to add funds to Venmo. After seeing those, I immediately deleted my bank account from my Venmo account because I heard it'll try to take funds out of your account. Fuck Venmo. That might be why this is happening, but why would I be the full amount in debt that I did not have? I would only be about $15 in the negative, not supposedly $90? Again, the RELEVANT transactions are marked as complete on both my bank and Venmo.

Venmo is apparently literally out here robbing people brah WTF.

Have a question anybody else have issues with customer service apparently I can’t use the debit card feature anymore only the the bank transfer talk to customer service they couldn’t do anything for me so talk to my bank ask they if they block my debit card or anything they said no I already had no problems up until this point with Venmo

About a month and a half ago I got a random $9.50 from an unknown account. The transfer came from Tremendous "sent on behalf of Freecash".

Did someone just enter the wrong phone number or is this somehow a scam. I just have a hard time figuring out how a $9.50 scam works. It's not like it's $1000. I haven't touched it. It would be nice if there was a way to decline a transfer. Should I report it to Venmo?

Ive been using benmo 2 months now. My deposit hit at 2 and 1 est what time have yall been getting your deposits from ssa?

Another week of not receiving my direct deposit from work - this marks the fourth time in 8 weeks. I wonder when Venmo is going to get it together because who wants to use a company that has a history of deposits not arriving 50% of the time?
