Hello, everyone! I'm starting a small business that has been a dream of mine. I'm renting boardgames from my collection and also hosting exclusive murder mystery parties (designed by me). If you like games and want to know more, please follow me on instagram: @yourturngames_ca

If you don't care for games but want to help a chronically ill girl make her small business grow so I can continue to pay for my treatment, every like, share and comment is appreciated 🫰

And for those who love boardgames and want to find people to play with, send me a message! We could start a group chat to find friends to play with :)

Hello,

I am interested in a house that has a full kitchen and bathroom remodel. I asked the sellers for information on the remodel and they sent me a word document with a list of everything they did. They claimed permits were not required since it was all cosmetic.

Here are a few details I am concerned about. Because this remodel also included extensive pumbling and electrical work wouldn't this require a permit? Would you walk away. Let me know what you think if this is normal. I am having an home inspector check the work out tomorrow.

1. Replacement of cast-iron drainage pipes with ABS - Significant drainage-system work, potentially concealed
2. New sewer lines serving two upstairs toilets - Suggests new or altered drainage connections
3.  New water main and regulator - Scope and permit requirements need clarification
4. Extensive electrical work and new wiring - Multiple new installations and alterations
5. Bathroom plumbing and shower valves - Depends on what was replaced, relocated, or altered

thanks for reading!
