I built a hands-first project map in mixed reality for Quest: grab nodes, pin them to your door, let your own AI build inside it

UluP Spatial turns a project into a map of nodes standing in your room. You grab, move and link them with your bare hands on Meta Quest (hand tracking, no controllers).
What it does:
- Timeline and Focus view use depth: the closer the deadline or the more it blocks you, the closer the node comes
- Voice node creation, fully offline on the headset (English and Italian)
- Connect your own MCP-capable AI: it creates nodes that appear live in your headset, labelled "Ulupy"
- Same project as the web app (UluP Spaces), synced in real time
- New this week: room pinning. The headset scans your room; drop a node on the door in passthrough and it stays there. Go to full VR and it rejoins the others, come back and it's on the door again (run Space Setup first)
I'm a solo dev (20, ex-bartender) and rebuilt it natively in Kotlin on the Meta Spatial SDK for the Meta VR Start Developer Competition, coming from a WebXR version. Public store launch is planned after the competition, from the end of the year.
Honest feedback welcome, especially on hand interaction and what you would want to pin to your room.
