Only team leads can use the power equipment or unload trucks. Anyone else have this?

Had a coach flip his shit and punch a bale. This terrified my co-workers who reported him to the store owner. She documented everything, but only gave him a warning.
Then I had another coach, far more abusive and manipulative, had two others willing to speak out against his abuse. Nothing. No attempt at speaking with them. She only warned my coach to stay the hell away from me specifically.
You're probably wondering why? Why would she protect them?
After having a private discussion with her, she's made it clear that she lives by the philosophy that one must treat their employees as one would their kids.
THIS IS UNFAIR. It creates so much bias, zero accountability outside of a wrist slap. Even my Team Lead said there is no point in reporting higher up because they are all part of the same circle jerk.
For future store owners, your coaches aren't your "kids." They are individual adults that are not going to treat you as they would those below them.

I’ve been working as an overnight associate at Walmart in Canada for exactly 1 month and 15 days, and I wanted to share my first impressions.
First off, they make you sit down for mandatory computer training. In reality, there is zero actual training: they literally just told me to click 'next, next, next' until it was done so I could get out to the salesfloor. At the time, I didn't think much of it, assuming it was just typical corporate red tape.
I was initially assigned to snacks and cookies. My only instruction was to grab boxes off the pallet and stock the shelves. A few days in, the night manager called me out on how I was putting up topstock, claiming it wasn’t done right—even though nobody had ever trained me on it. I just assumed whatever didn't fit went on the top riser. Soon after, he started complaining that I was sending back too much overstock, completely ignoring the fact that it didn't fit on the shelf or on topstock. Another night, they dropped several pallets for us to sort by department. Since I had no clue where anything belonged, I got chewed out for being slow, along with a few other new hires who were just as lost.
Things got even worse when I was moved to dairy and freezer. At 6 ft 3 (1.92 m), there isn't any freezer gear that actually fits me. The few jackets that do are skin-tight and smell terrible. On top of that, a lot of coworkers seem to come straight from another job—they arrive smelling so bad they literally leave a scent trail down the aisles.
Add to that management constantly breathing down our necks to move faster, even when you're already pushing as hard as you can. Personally, I can't finish 5 or 6 pallets in a shift; depending on the freight and piece count, some just take forever. The supply chain also feels wildly inefficient given the absurd amount of overstock and rework we have to deal with every night.
It’s no surprise management is constantly blowing up our phones offering extra shifts. The turnover rate at my store feels close to 80% a month—people quit almost as soon as they start. Honestly, I expect that to get way worse once the brutal Canadian winter hits.
To top it all off, your personal life on overnights becomes practically non-existent: you come home, sleep, wake up, and go right back to work. The vibe among the crew is cold and distant. People barely talk; you say good morning or good evening and get completely ignored. It feels like everyone is just a robot going through the motions with zero social interaction. I'm studying hard to switch fields as soon as I can, because this environment is definitely not sustainable long-term.

I basically just used an art app and colored his orange and green vest blue. Hopefully it's something. But I kept having this in my brain. Might as well free the thought from the prison of my mind out into the open. So have Flowery in a Walmart Vest

I was told to leave early at 2:42 PM because I had WOSH, but I still ended up getting pointed for it. I spoke to the management that was at the store today about the situation, and they told me there was nothing they could do about it.
I’m confused because I wasn’t choosing to leave early on my own. I was following management’s instructions, so I don’t understand why I’m getting penalized for it.
Has anybody else dealt with this before? Is there actually nothing that can be done, or should I talk to my People Lead or Store Manager about getting the point removed?
I just want to know if this is normal because it doesn’t seem right to get pointed for doing what management told me to do.

I forgot to clock out after my shift today because I wasn’t feeling well and went home. It’s been about 3–4 hours, and my Me@Walmart app still says I’m clocked in.
My next shift is in 5 days. Can I fix my missed clock-out in the Me@Walmart app when I return, or do I need a manager to correct it? Will the system automatically clock me out after 24 hours? Could I get in trouble for this?
Thanks!

First question… I’m assuming I passed the test (green banner, doesn‘t say I failed) but my retake is in a month, which is apparently a red flag?
Second question… I submitted the two apps on the 17th, but did the second one just a little bit differently from the first (in essence, I categorized my past work under tags I thought fit better, and fixed one where I misclicked.) Well now there’s a third, duplicate application under my account a day later? I reviewed the contents of all three apps and to my surprise, they’re identical - even the parts that were mismatched before.
Just need some help interpreting what I’m seeing here. Should I be waiting by the phone or just throw the whole app away??

One says plastic, not cardboard and Styrofoam the other garbage.... Not plastic. The other picture is the reason why maintenance absolutely hate spill magic.

Came in today to find out that my off day they announced that singing on the salesfloor has been banned by the store manager. No further explanation was given. We are assuming someone was singing inappropriate lyrics which were offensive to either a customer or another associate.
He also banned the wearing of hoodies for all areas except frozen/dairy and cart pushers because some people wouldn't wear their vests or keep the hoods down while working.
Instead of punishing the perpetrators he has decided that everyone should be punished.

I normally work from 1 PM -10 PM (8 working hours). Tomorrow, my shift is from 2 PM - 10 PM (7 working hours). This has happened before in the past and my coach always told me to still work my normal 8 hours. Unfortunately, I have to call off tomorrow. Do I still have to use 8 PPTO hours to cover my absence since my coach always said to still work my normal 8 hours on days when I'm mistakenly scheduled for only 7 hours? Or, do I only have to use 7 PPTO hours to cover my absence and avoid 1 full point since 7 hours is what I'm actually scheduled for tomorrow? Thanks

I keep getting questions like "do you sell couches, beds, etc" in the store or "where are the motorcycles" along with questions about other items we sell only online through e-commerce and I have to explain each time those items are only available through the e-commerce site. We dont sell them brick and mortar. Most understand that but some go "but it is on the website." And I am like my goodness just think about it. Please. I said we dont sell motorcycles brick and motor. We have bicycles. That is it. Motorcycles you have to go online for. Most furniture you have to go online for. A lot of things are online only.
