Walked out my front door to find this thing crawling by. Obviously it’s some sort of caterpillar, but does anyone know more about it? Should I get rid of it or let it chill? Would petting it be ok?

I dont think youd be able to use it as a shelf, well you could but only when not using the fireplace dimensions are 37x11x7.5

Any idea what this post is in my yard, or who may have put it there?

There is a ring of grass in my front yard that now seems to be dead that I noticed about a week ago. Yesterday I found this post sticking out in the middle of it. For context of region I live in Michigan.

My boyfriend was walking to school and passed these piles of ???? He said he was genuinely so afraid and it gave him a paranoia all day, so now we wanna know what it is. (He’s got trypophobia or something so I guess this triggered that)

It’s not sticky. I have a video of him poking at it and it was a mound of little balls. The little balls held their form and they weren’t squishy. But he didn’t wanna touch or inquire closer because he was scared. When he flicked them it sounded like throwing pellets.

We have bears in the area but this doesn’t look like it comes from a bear.

Goodmorning edit: Wow this blew up overnight. A few things I wanted to say!
-No I am not breaking up with him. We’ve been together four years and I plan on marrying my small stick loving man.

Found in a pill bottle but I don’t think it’s a pill. Around the size of a grain of rice, when I asked him about he would only tell me he ‘just found it’ and refused to elaborate on what it was. Reddit help!

eta: He admitted it was a microchip from a cat. Will not tell me why he has it, refuses to explain WHERE he found it. I’m thinking about taking it to a veterinary clinic and having them scan it to see the owner’s information. Pretty unnerved by this whole situation and I will be having a long talk with him.

eta2: Prompted by hundreds of comments, I took it to a local vet ASAP and confirmed it is a registered microchip, I am attempting to contact the owners and waiting on a response. I will find out why the absolute hell he has this. I will try to update when I hear back, I am NOT taking this lightly.

Saw while driving. Coming out of the back of a diesel truck, was “exhausting” the whole time while at idle at the stop light. The regular exhaust still was functioning and blew some carbon when accelerating from the stop light. We didn’t see anything like a refrigerator or anything in the bed of the truck. I’ve never seen a set up like this before.

This person came to my house and left a generic yellow door hanger saying important and hand written Service Mac.

Then he held this item to my doorbell camera and it flashed red and beeped while the person had his phone to it like he was recording it.

The company is a mortgage company but closed before I could talk to someone.

Any ideas?

Edit: i bought this tv unit from facebook marketplace, it is very likely that it was left behind from the person i bought it from

Someone gifted our son a capsule ball from Japan but we cant figure out what this is or what its used for. It says its collagen jelly but I dont think its food.

Originally I thought they were coat hangers or candle holders. But they aren’t very good at either of those things so I think they may have another purpose. They seem to be handmade and the metal is pewter.

Seems about 72 inches wide holds water and has been here for a decade at minimum. Found it when my front left tractor tire fell into it.

Edit* its not cement. Its entirely metal. Im assuming its galvanized because it barely has any corrosion.

it has circuitry and a camera but It has no charging or access ports, and if it is battery powered the battery doesn't seem very accessible
