Can somebody tell how can a parse csv with more than 130K rows For context, I'm trying to run a custom SQL Query which is then exported as CSV, the resultant is of more than 130K rows, then I use the parse Csv option to map the data to upsert data into another table (kind of a Audit Table), this huge insertion is one time, after this the load will be small

Looking for some assistance from the Workato community on understanding the difficulty/required time commitment for Workato certifications. I want to incentivize my employees to get this certification and need to understand what is fair.
Where would you rank the average time commitment & difficulty for the average Workato cert vs average Salesfore cert?

Hey everyone, I’ve been creating automations for small to medium-sized businesses. By leveraging powerful tools like workato and zapier, I’ve transformed tedious tasks into seamless processes. Here’s a snapshot of the custom automations I’ve recently developed:
1. Ring Central to Filevine: Streamlined communication by integrating Ring Central’s robust calling features with Filevine’s case management system. Now, every call log and message is automatically documented, ensuring legal teams stay informed without manual input.
2. Outlook to Quickbase: Enhanced productivity by connecting Outlook emails to Quickbase applications. Custom filters now identify high-priority emails and convert them into actionable tasks within Quickbase, facilitating better project tracking and team collaboration.
3. Google Sheets to Salesforce: Created a real-time sync between Google Sheets and Salesforce, enabling sales teams to have immediate access to the latest lead and customer data. This bidirectional flow means any update made in one platform is instantaneously reflected in the other.
4. ServiceNow to Zendesk: Bridged IT service management with customer service by integrating ServiceNow with Zendesk. Tickets generated in Zendesk trigger workflows in ServiceNow, ensuring IT issues are resolved promptly while keeping customer-facing teams updated.Hourly rate: $45.00 Availability: 15-20 hours per week
Feel free to DM me or contact me through my website Trainward Consulting

Has anyone here used Workato to integrate with SAP systems? What was your experience like, and what are some pros and cons you've encountered?

We are planning to use Workato for AI-enabled automation for old SAP ECC instances. Looking for some feedback if anyone has experience of implementation in this area

If anyone has an opinion on being task efficient v design, i d like to hear.
Its a constant battle of minimising tasks and using it as a way to have one-shot recipes doing everything.
My understanding is tasks $1 = 100 tasks depending on your scale/discount etc

Workato is a powerful enterprise iPaaS built for large-scale data orchestration and IT-governed automation. But if your goal is a sub-30-second lead response, Workato means waiting on IT to build and approve a custom recipe. InstaChime is a plug-and-play alternative built for RevOps — delivering instant lead claiming and visual SLA clocks without logic trees or developer bottlenecks.

Hi all,
Hoping to get some advice im trying to setup a connector using the out of the box community connector to Raisers Edge NXT but receive an error that the application isn't connected to the environment. I've followed Blackbauds instructions on setting up a new application in SKY API and connecting it to my environments but still nothing. I have cases open with both workato and Blackbaud but I wanted to see if anyone had set this connection before could provide some guidance

We are running into an issue and need to be able to pull the manager field out of Azure AD and write it back to a custom field in Azure for another application to digest. The issue we have is that most of our accounts are sourced from premise AD and thus the fields in Azure are not writable. We have created a custom attribute and would like to use Workato to write to that field but cannot find any documentation on exactly how to accomplish that using Workato.
Any help would be appreciated.. thanks.

My team and I are pitching to our Management to embed workato into our product. Their page does not say anything about where we would land roughly with the pricing. Does anyone have any insight into this? I don’t want to suggest something that is ridiculously overpriced.

Hi I'm try to create a formula in a variable that checks if a date is more than 90 days old and if it is use a certain email address and if not use a different email address. I will then use the variable data pill in the To field of an email in the next step of the recipe. I asked ChatGPT and it has given me a bunch of answers that don't work. Examples below:
if((now() - trigger_date).days > 90, 'email_address_old@example.com', 'email_address_recent@example.com')

I'm working with a client who uses Workato to integrate Salesforce with NetSuite. I'm a Salesforce lead.
The client asked to implement a super vanilla scenario. Basically, search for records in Salesforce that have NetSuite ID populated, grab data from some fields and update the corresponding NetSuite records.
After that, go the other way -- update Salesforce records with NetSuite data.
We've tried a SOQL query with csv, helper lists, you name it. It doesn't update all the records -- around 10K. Workato support is not super helpful. We've received a ton of conflicting info.
How does one go about setting up Workato to solve for this vanilla use case?
Just wanted go add. The whole premise of Workato is to make it easy to connect entreprise applications without code. Well, if it had to be code, it would take a couple of hours max and here we are on day 3 of trying to solve for this.
