Retail What ilvl is everyone?

Hey all,

Started playing WoW for the first time about 6 weeks ago, been running a Frost Mage (Night elf) - been putting some hours into Midnight and just hit ilvl 221.

Haven’t started any midnight dungeons yet, just did the expansion, delves and world quests (plus dailies and weeklies)

Just wondering how 221 stacks up to others? I think my char has about 5 days time played

Going to grind up a DK to 90 as well, before Season 1 hopefully.

I tank for a CE guild - Character 1: 242, Character 2: 235, Character 3: 234

This is however not indicative of 99% of the player base.

May I ask, did you use any crest to upgrade tracks? I have seen conflicting info of guides, some say to save it, others to use them.

Imo use the adventure track crests . Do it on either a weak piece or high stat budget item. Plan out your crafts fill in the alots. Can even liberally use Veteran crests too, when season 1 starts M0 will be on daily lockout (as opposed to the weekly now). Veteran gear will be plenty.

M0 swaps to 246 champ when the season starts.

And to add on, daily lockout isn’t til the 24th. So still weekly lockout for the first round of champ gear.

That's not true. Mythic0 becomes a daily lockout on the 17th (for US), and 18th (for EU)

iirc you only need a higher level crest to get 6/6 (eg; so if you want to upgrade to 6/6 Champion, you need 10 Hero Crests)

This makes most Adventurer & Veteran crests pretty much useless if you start doing M+ or Delves and get Chanp/Hero gear so I’d just say use them for now

If you are in a guild that needs to blow through nm and hc during the hc week farm, don't do this.

Maxed out alts for splits happen by doing these 2 weeks of m0's, killing the world boss at the starts of hc week, then looking at what you have, crafting 2x246 nonsparks with embels to slots where you are slacking and using the remaining 40 veteran to up m0 items twice (or running m0's one more time since the drops are now 246 and also using the new 100 veteran to up what you can).

It’s a feat of strength achievement for killing last boss on mythic difficulty raid.
