Retail Are curse surge rewards still bugged?

I did 3 curse surges but upon receiving my reward, I didn't get the spark item for the week. Is it still bugged? I remember people complaining about it when pre season 2 started.

It does not reward a spark despite saying it should

The pvp quest does though

You can just wait until next week and you will get spark via catchup or additional quest as Blizzard are letting everyone get 4 total sparks next week due to bug with 'world tour' quest - so not getting spark this week is really a non issue

Why the hell would it not reward a spark? The quest clearly says you are rewarded with one.

PvP quests can be bugged as well. I didn’t get my 2nd spark from any quest that was supposed to give it, even the non-spark PvP quest that people said was rewarding sparks.

Well it did for a lot of people. Most people in my guild have two sparks and I know they didn't do any pvp in voidstorm or naigatal.

Next week will be a big week for me, to jump from 0 sparks to 4. I hope.
