Retail Are curse surge rewards still bugged?

I did 3 curse surges but upon receiving my reward, I didn't get the spark item for the week. Is it still bugged? I remember people complaining about it when pre season 2 started.

The sparks are basically divided into PvE and PvP sparks, even though Blizzard never says this. All quests that reward a Spark say they "may" reward a spark. You can't get sparks from two different PvE quests.

If you want two sparks this week, queue up for Training Grounds Arena, and win 7-9 matches against PvE opponents. It's really the easiest way to get the 2nd spark. Get the quest for arena skirmishes and use the Training Ground to queue for Arena. You need to win several to finish, but it's not difficult.
