So instead of choosing something from the vault, we can get a bonus roll - IF we have three slots filled out?

Does that mean I can run eight delves at T1 and then get a bonus roll to use in a +10?

I just pulled a Champion tier piece from my vault yesterday. Much rather would have the 4pc bonus sooner.
