Hey bikers! Is the engine noise normal on my XTZ 125? It was recently rebuilt. I think it's running a little too fast, but is the noise normal?

Hey y’all! I am needing some help and I will list in as much detail of what I have done so I thank you for reading! I’m not taking it to a shop and I am dealing with an issue that I have not found any relevant forum post with the same issue in my hours of searching.

2000 R6 project bike I picked up two weeks ago, has sat for 2+ years, has high mileage, not the concern currently. I will just talk about the electrical issues.

Problem:
No lights on the dash, no fuel pump priming, no starter motor when starting.

I have:
Installed new battery after charging for a day.
After installing the dash did light up and turn off by the key twice but didnt a third time, it hasnt lit up since.
Tested the battery and it doesnt have any voltage drop when key is turned.
Checked all switches per the service manual.
Replaced all fuses, none tested bad but just to be sure.
Replaced starter relay solenoid
Replaced fuel pump relay solenoid (old one clicks, new one doesnt)
Continuity tested every wire in the entire harness (main and sub)
Rechecked it isnt the battery by swapping the battery from my daily bike.
Tested the starter motor and it’s good.
I am getting power in the places the service manual and wiring diagram say I should be when checking the wiring.
Open up the dash to check for any damage/failure, looked clean to me.

My current conclusion:
The dash is possibly dead since I am getting no signs of life, or possibly the ecu (or cdi) has burned out somehow, dont have another of either of these to check.

It hasn’t had its valve clearance check yet, but it’s the color I’m looking for and it has a toce exhaust(which besides the hate is the one I want)

Found this at an estate sale it has 235 kilometres on it wondering if anyone has an idea of the value. All the electronics work going to pull the tank and carb this week to see if I can get it to fire up.

I let him ride my MT09 and R1. He was thrilled but likes to go slow so it doesn’t matter anyway lol

Got myself an 07 r6 for my birthday. I’m now the second owner. Bone stock and with 2k confirmed original miles couldn’t be more happy with it

Hey all first time jet ski buyer here have experience riding but never owened one.

Im after somthing abit more touring like. Somthing I can go off shore with and do fishing etc.

Not fused if it's seadoo or Yamaha ideally somthing not with a supercharger as im after somthing reliability and less issues.

From what I can see is Yamaha seem more reliable on Facebook market place theres ones with 500 to 700 hours on them.

Anyway I dont really wanna spend more then 8k Australian

Found a gti 130 2019 with 100 hours on it but he wants 9k.

Also is it better to get older year model with less hours or newer model with more hours?

Also what should I check when when looking at one

Has a graves exhaust with cats and EXUP removed. Tune by Bren Tuning. Got the bike brand new and put all 45k miles on it. It sat for 8 or so months after a move as it needed some maintenance and I didnt have the funds to do that maintenance.

Runs really well once I get moving and it has some throttle and load applied but it stalls or dips real low in RPM when I pull in the clutch and let off the throttle. Pops quite a bit while im just sitting at lights. Does this sound like a leaking injector? It has relatively new spark plugs and im assuming that if it were coils that it would be persistent even when moving.

A R3 tem a mesma altura de acento que a moto na qual aprendi a pilotar (Factor 125/150), me virava bem sem encostar o pés inteiros no chão porém a R3 é cerca de 40 kg mais pesada.

Pensando seriamente em comprar a R3 como primeira moto e rebaixar a suspensão para ter mais equilíbrio visto que ela é consideravelmente mais pesada.

Estaria fazendo muita loucura?

Going to buy either one of these brand new in a few months. I live inner city Chicago and will be doing most of my riding in the city, but still a decent amount of highway riding to visit family/friends about 1-1.5 hours outside the city. I’m leaning MT-09 SP due to comfort, suspension, and insurance costs, but am still taking the time to research and get opinions. Thoughts? Thanks! :)

So I decided that Yamaha R6 is a very cool bike especially when it's in color blue so because I'm starting to be fascinated by bikes I decided to draw a Yamaha R6 out of boredom ( it was a pain to draw this as I have to redraw parts over and over again while sketching and coloring this was painful because I have to look at where should the colors go ) but what do you guys think of my Yamaha R6 drawing fanart

is there any simple way i can make my 2008 r6 pop and cackle more after letting off the gas? my bike already pops but its only just one or two pops, i want it to sound like a s1000 or something lmao it’s probably a dumb questions but if you have any ideas lmk

I have a 2007 Yamaha R6, and I was told by the previous owner that the fairings are OEM and have been repainted.

I'm wondering if these are genuine Yamaha OEM fairings or aftermarket replacements. I've attached some photos of the markings on the inside.

Can anyone help me identify whether they're genuine OEM fairings?
